    Almost all other reviews were by people visiting Universal, which is very close for one or two days. We were there for 3 weeks - family visit. This is not a luxury property - rather plain (clean.) One room referred to as a bedroom lacks a closet, there are no dressers or shelving in any bedroom. Refrigerator and water heater failed , but promptly repaired - good response from Hosteeva. 2nd bathroom tiny. Instructions for thermostat,TV and trash removal would be "nice." (TV remote batteries were decayed) Mattresses not great. If you are going to Universal for 1or 2 days this plain house works OK

    This was an adorable clean updated cottage with lots of space. We were visiting Universal Studios and it was an inexpensive Uber ride away (possible to walk if you wanted). The burger and waffle places just on the corner were excellent food options for our stay. We really enjoyed this property and hope to come again!

    Absolutely perfect for us, great location, lovely property, parking available, my only negative would be that there was nowhere to hang out/dry washing and no shade in the outdoor seating area (not ideal for pasty Scottish skin :) ) other than that more than happy

    Super cute house! If you plan on visiting Universal, you really couldn’t be any closer! I don’t recall reading about a “noise meter” or cameras in the listing. We weren’t planning a party, so not a huge deal, but we did have a big group so I felt paranoid with anyone laughing too loud & such. I wasn’t sure if the meter was inside or outside. I never considered Expedia for booking a house, first time as I didn’t know you could, but would do it again! Highly recommend, would absolutely book again!!
