Ideal Getaway
Perfect place to get away for the weekend and relax. Spacious bedrooms and common area, plenty of sleeping space, scenic view from the deck, and a really nice outdoor setup. Property manager did a great job of keeping an open line of communication and responding in a timely manner as well. Great stay!

Perfect vacation house
Enjoyable stay! Pictures and reviews of the house were accurate. Kitchen very well stocked for cooking. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit since we were off season and it was too cold for the lake. Did get a nice view of the lake through the trees with the leaves all gone but wouldn't see it if the leaves were present. Very dog friendly with the fence. Good location between Bentonville and Fayetteville so lots of options for things to do!

Great stay at the lake
Fantastic vacation in Lowell. Would have loved dock access, but the instructions were very clear. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Loved the outside fire pit and chairs around it. The air conditioner had a hard time keeping up with the extreme temperatures outside, so it was unpleasantly warm in the late afternoon and early evening, even with the curtains closed. The management company was quick to respond to any questions we had, which was much appreciated. Thanks for a great vacation!

One of the best trips
The property was awesome. We loved the layout and truly had everything we needed. Owners made everything very easy and simple. We loved that we got to take our furbabies with us! They absolutely loved chasing each other around the yard and barking at the deer and squirrels. I was a little worried about taking my one year old little boy and having to baby proof everything… but the house was pretty much already super safe for him which I appreciated and he loved! We had the best stay and we will be back!

Nightmare for water access
Dirty Dirty! We arrived at 4:10 pm to find a very dirty & stinky refrigerator, a pile of dirty towels on the dryer, a dirty wash cloth on the tub and a very dirty hot tub. We had seen the issue with the dock but figured there would be a decent way to still access the water but that isn’t the case. Only young teenagers were able to get to the water and the hike up and down the hill with kayaks was exhausting. The code we received to access the home didn’t work so we had to contact the house manager for that also. The fire pit when we arrived had numerous cigarette butts which wasn’t a problem as we had a fire that night and enjoyed the evening. However the night late afternoon/evening we were hanging out around the fire pit with no fire just enjoying conversation and noticed another cigarette butt (none of us smoke so it wasn’t ours) House is much smaller than the online photos make it look and there must be mouse problem in the house as almost every room had traps.

Lake house weekend
Great property on Beaver Lake! The house itself is great. The view of the lake itself is minimal. Lake access worked out great, it’s quite a steep trek down a trail with stairs. We set up a huge float anchored off the rock platform slightly to the right of the lake entry point. It worked well as a seating area for the day too. It is clearly marked not to use the dock and do not try it. The owner of the dock is not the most friendly person (the wife was). Close the curtains when you leave during the day as the house does heat up a lot with all the windows. Big deck with a gas grill, hot tub, corn hole, etc all provided.
