I liked the services given by this hotel. The ability to always have good coffee available in the lobby as well as a good breakfast. The possibility to park the car in the underground parking for 5€ per day. The rooms on the third and fourth floors that are quieter.The very comfortable bed and the very efficient shower.The proximity to the airport.The competitive price.Courteous and efficient staff. I don't like the area outside and near the hotel, very left out even with the presence of other large hotels nearby

The hotel and our room was dungy. There were no cups in the room and we were told only paper cups were allowed in the rooms. There were no glass cups to be had, I would not say with this company a second time

Great sized rooms and a very comfy bed. The room was nice and quiet and breakfast was plentiful. The free coffee 24/7 was very welcome indeed.

んー。3つ星の2つ星よりかな。フロントやレストランのスタッフはめちゃくちゃ愛想がいい！とくにフロントのメガネで髪が長い女の子は笑顔も可愛いし。よく気がつく！ が！しかし！部屋に蚊が大量にいる。。 秋なのに？なぜかたくさんただよう。 それなら、何か対処してほしい。 気持ち悪いし。寝てても休まらない。 天井や壁にいつもいるし。 バリ島ならわかるけど。 スペインではありえない… エレベータにも蚊の注意喚起のビラが貼ってあるが、ならなぜ対処しない？？？ 設備自体は普通だし、 セーフティboxあるし 朝ごはんのクロワッサンはめちゃくちゃ美味いし。安いのには蚊が理由なのね。

Demasiadas quejas, me gustaria mi reembolso. Ustedes anunciaron que la propiedad estaba cerca del aeropuerto. Esta a 15 minutos en coche y me termine gastando mas de 200 euros en ubers de ida y vuelta. El personal de limpieza nunca subio a limpiar mi cuarto y cuando les dije en la recepcion solo discutian y no aceptaban que no lo hicieron. Lo peor de todo fue que llegue en la madrugada yh habia una reja de metal la cual no me dejo entrar al hotel. Estuve 45 minutos tocando el timbre y nadie me atendio. Estaba encerrado en la calle en una zona muy fea. Fue hasta que mi madre bajo a las 5 am oara abrirme.

Poor service

Breakfast poor, basically just bread items,did not get my first preference room despite messaging them when I booked weeks ago,in the middle of no-where,said they were booked up full when I requested to move rooms even though I could see online that they're were rooms available,lots of smoking outside by staff
