Great location and good communication, but some improvements needed

I really liked the location – very convenient and close to key spots. Additionally, the communication with the host was excellent – quick responses and very helpful Some kitchen equipment needs to be replaced, especially the frying pans, which are worn out and no longer suitable for use.

Great Apartment with sufficient space for our small family (two persons, one baby). Really nice decoration details. Feels like home. Perfect location and beautiful view from the balcony. The cleanliness was not that good, but after our complaint they immediately sent a cleaning lady.

Die lage ist perfekt direkt am Strand sowie 5 min. Laufzeit entfernt von Hafen bzw. 15 min. Laufzeit von Mitte der Stadt. Sauberkeit, Lage, Ausstattung, Service, Kundenservice und Flexibilität sind einfach bestens, Besonders Kundenservice wurde immer unsere Anliegen direkt gelöst bzw. Fragen schnell beantwortet. Man wird nichts bereuen. Ich kann nur weiterempfehlen :)

Ottimo appartamento

Appartamento situato in una posizione ottima con vista mare e vicina a tutti i servizi e al centro. Anche la pulizia era più che buona. Speriamo di tornare presto. Durante il soggiorno si sentiva spesso un odore sgradevole provenire dal bagno. La cucina non era dotata di pentole sufficienti ma il problema è stato risolto velocemente.

Todo. Es perfecto para nosotros. Un asa en la pared de la ducha por seguridad para agarrarse, para las personas mayores o con dificultades. Y que terminen las obras del piso de al lado !!!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Balkon und Meerblick

Das Apartment befindet sich in der 4 Etage. Gute Größe für zwei Erwachsene. Aufzüge sind vorhanden. Es gibt viele Restaurants und ein paar kleine Lebensmittel Shops in der näheren Umgebung. Der Verwalter ist sehr nett und hilfreich, kann auch sehr gut englisch. Die Küche wirkt etwas abgewohnt und recht klein. Das Apartment ist etwas laut durch den Straßenverkehr der angrenzenden vierspurigen Hauptstraße. Nachts hatten wir die Fenster geschlossen. Der kostenpflichtige Parkplatz befindet sich in der Tiefgarage des Hauses. Sowohl die Einfahrt als auch die Flächen sind recht eng. Es gibt einen zugewiesenen Parkplatz für das Apartment. Wenn alle Parkplätze belegt sind ist viel rangieren erforderlich beim parken. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung und Lage. Sowohl Hafen als auch Zentrum sowie die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
