The apartment has got everything you could possibly want for a comfortable, enjoyable holiday. Antoon and Sabine were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend a stay here.

A great apartment in lovely grounds

The apartment is spacious, bright, comfortable and very well equipped. We were a group of six aging between 3 to 73 and everyone's needs were best met. The apartment is cut in a way that one still has privacy and me-time although being there in a group. The building is new and modern and sparkling clean. The gardens and pool are very well attended to and pleasant to spend time in. My family and I especially appreciated the long pool with a shallow area on the side. This way I could do my swimming while keeping an eye on my little son. There is a lovely cafe/restaurant at the pool run by very friendly people, who serve good food. We had a wide open view on the valley from both the apartment and the cafe. It was great to enjoy the sunrise from the balcony of the apartment and gather in the cafe in the evening to watch the sunset. The owner of the apartment was always a whatsapp message away. He acted responsibly towards our questions and needs and cared sincerely about our comfort. If I go to Side again, I will choose this apartment and I will recommend it to friends.

Fantastic Holiday Apartment

We had a great week at this apartment, which had everything we needed. We had a one year old with us, and really appreciated the wooden cot with proper mattress (not just a travel one), highchair and stair gate. Both kids loved the on site pool and park and having the poolside bar/restaurant was also very handy. All beds were comfortable and communication from booking until the end of our stay was great. Perfekt für Familien

Sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Wohnung in einer sehr schön gestalteten Anlage mit Pool und Restaurant. Morgens den Sonnenaufgang auf dem Balkon beim ersten Kaffee zu betrachten ist unvergleichlich. Meine Frau und ich waren mit unseren Kindern (4,5 und 1,5 Jahre) sowie den Eltern meiner Frau zusammen in der Wohnung, hierfür war die Wohnung perfekt. Durch die zwei Stockwerke mit jeweils Balkon hatte jede Partei seinen Schlaf- und Rückzugsbereich, der Wohn- und Essbereich sowie der untere Balkon kann ausgiebig für gemeinsames Beisammensein und Spielen mit den Kindern genutzt werden. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Staubsauger, Wischer, Kaffeemaschine und sämtliche Küchengeräte und -utensilien vorhanden, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Wachpersonal ist sehr freundlich und immer für einen kurzen Plausch sowie den ein oder anderen Türkisch-Crashkurs bereit :-) In Fußnähe mehrere kleine und zwei große Supermärkte, auch zum Strand ist es zu Fuß nicht weit. Dolmus-Haltestelle auch in unmittelbarer Nähe für Ausflüge nach Manavgat oder Side für jeweils 1 € pro Person. Der Transfer zwischen Flughafen und der Anlage mit Windmill war sehr zuverlässig und äußerst komfortabel. Die gesamte Kommunikation sowie der Check-In liefen schnell und unkompliziert, Antoon hat immer schnell geantwortet und hatte, neben einer eigens verfassten, umfangreichen Infobroschüre noch viele weitere Tipps parat und stand uns bei sämtlichen Fragen stets Rede und Antwort.

Fabulous apartment!

We had a wonderful holiday staying in this fabulous apartment which is part of a luxurious complex with many facilities including a restaurant with amazing food. The spacious apartment had everything we needed as a family. The children enjoyed the beautiful pool and the complex even had a children’s play area. During our stay the temperature was up to 45 degrees so the air conditioning in every room was a godsend! We purchased a very generous welcome pack which Sabine kindly picked to suit our family needs. Communication with Antoon was excellent from start to finish and Sabine was there to greet us to check in and took time to show us around the complex even though we arrived very late. Antoon’s welcome brochure was extremely detailed providing all the information we needed not just about the apartment but the local area including recommendations for restaurants, shops, pharmacies, money exchange, trips etc etc. It was just perfect for our first stay in Turkey. Antoon arranged our airport transfers which were prompt and very reasonably priced. Overall the apartment perfectly met our needs and I would highly recommend it!

Outstanding!!! 5 star property

This was one of the nicest places we I have ever stayed, From the moment we booked the communication was excellent. We even got a copy of the welcome book in advance so we could plan our first few days. The transfer organised by the host with Windmill set the holiday off to a perfect start, wifi , disco lights and TV onboard the teens were wowed! We were met at the front door of the property by Sabine , and even though it was after eight in the evening, took time to show us carefully around the property. Now the property WOW is where I will start! Not only was it immaculately clean. Antoon the owner has though of everything. From dishwasher, tablets through to laundry powder, cleaning materials, coffee filters. It’s all here! In the lounge, there is a beautiful sofa which is a lovely place to relax. Cool air conditioning when needed. Beautiful bedrooms and large comfy queen size beds , a walking wardrobe and en suites in two bedrooms. What more could anybody want? we thought the first night we will try and bar snack as it was late but we’re not expecting the superb quality of the meal and the warm welcome that we got in the Babylon bar we ate there a lot. The whole atmosphere around the pool was relaxing and luxurious and peaceful. The grounds of kept to a very high standard and we wanted for nothing in our whole stay. I am tempted not to leave this review because I don’t want anybody to know this wonderful secret as I hope to come back in the future! Thank you

14 wundervolle Tage im Babylon 58

Wir haben 14 Tage im Babylon 58 verbracht. Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben. Die Anlage befindet sich sehr zentral, Geschäfte und Strand sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief problem/reibungslos. Bei jeder Frage war bekam man eine sehr schnelle Rückmeldung. Die liebe Sabine hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Super Unterkunft!

Die Wohnung, die Anlage mit ihren Einrichtungen und die Nähe zum Geschehen/ Strand waren für uns perfekt. Schlüsselübergabe hatten wir mit Sabine,eine Super nette Person die uns bei allen Fragen stets zur Seite stand und sehr hilfsbereit ist. Sie hat sogar den ersten Einkauf für uns erledigt. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind . Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Matratzen waren perfekt. Unsere Erwartungen wurden tatsächlich übertroffen und wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Danke Sabine,du bist super👍!

Wundervolle Anlage und Wohnung

Die Wohnung war toll, sowie die Schlüsselübergabe, die Lage und auch die Anlage. Da ich außerhalb der Saison da war, hatte ich das Gefühl in der Anlage allein gewesen zu sein. Allerdings fühlte ich mich, durch das Sicherheitskonzept (Kameras & Security am Eingang) absolut sicher. Zu dem Restaurant, Außenpool, Innenpool sowie der Sauna kann ich nichts sagen da der Betrieb dafür noch nicht aufgenommen wurde und es auch noch von den Temperaturen zu frisch für den Außenpool gewesen wäre. Im großen und ganzen für mich die perfekte Unterkunft! In der auch Platz für bis zu 6 Personen war. Ich komme wieder sollte sich die Gelegenheit dazu ergeben! Danke :-)

Super Unterkunft

Es ist eine Super Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub. Alles was man braucht ist zu Fuß in 5 min Erreichbar. Der Kontakt zu Antoon ist sehr eng, wodurch aufkommende Probleme direkt behoben werden können. Die Unterkunft ist wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Lovely place to stay equipped with everything needed for a holiday. The views from the property are stunning as was the swimming pool which was never full. Communication from the owner was great and very informative. Within easy reach of restaurants, shops, beach and public transport. There is so much to see in the area and we hope to return at some point. Would highly recommend.

3 Wochen Luxus pur

Die Anlage und die Wohnung sind genau so wie in der Beschreibung. Schon bei der Ankunft hat man das Gefühl zuhause zu sein. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle freundlich und nett. Der Service vom Transfer (Flughafen-Babylon u. Babylon- Flughafen) und das von Sabine bereits Kaffee, Getränke ( Wasser u. Saft) , Brot, Butter, Käse, Obst usw. für uns bei der Ankunft im Apartment bereit gestellt wurden. Kurz gesagt der gesamte Service von A - Z ist TOP!!!!! Den tollen Pool haben wir fast täglich nach dem Frühstück genutzt oder haben beim Pförtner bescheid gesagt das wir zur Coppa Beach Club & Lounge möchten, er rief für uns den Fahrservice an, der uns abholte und auch später wieder zum Babylon fuhr. An der Pool-Bar (Restaurant) und auch an der Coppa Beach kann man sehr gut essen. Der Ice-Banana Shake an der Pool-Bar können wir sehr empfehlen. Die Getränke werden auch an den Liegen serviert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind alle Fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder!!!! Ein Dankeschön auch an Herrn Antoon Verelst (Eigentümer des Babylon 58) für den netten Kontakt. Wonderful apartment

Babylon 58 is a fantastic apartment. We really enjoyed our stay there. The property is spacious, well equipped, clean and modern. The large balcony was lovely for meals and to sit out at night. We didn’t use the onsite facilities too much as we were out most days, but the pool was lovely and the bar facilities very good. Overall would highly recommend staying here.

zalig , het lijkt of je thuis komt

Het is niet de eerste keer dat wij hier komen en zoals altijd perfect in orde. Het is voor ons een beetje thuis komen maar dan in Turkije. Ons zoontje van 7 heeft genoten van het zwembad. Enkel jammer dat sommig mensen hun handdoek al van s ochtends vroeg er leggen. Maar dat is de mentaliteit van mensen helaas. Een paar extra schaduw plaatsen aan het zwembad mag wel. Onze zoon is nu groter maar we hebben vroeger ook voor dit appartement gekozen omdat het kindvriendelijk is. Ook de dame die de check in doet (Sabine) is een echt aanspreekpunt. We hebben op haar beroep kunnen doen voor bv waar er een goed winkelcentrum was,enz. We hopen volgend jaar terug te komen. Groetjes Daisy

Ruim comfortabel luxe appartement dicht bij Side

Wij zij hier in oktober nog een week komen genieten van heerlijk zomerweer (tot 30 graden!). Zeer mooi ingericht, goed onderhouden en comfortabel appartement. Alles was kraaknet bij aankomst. We hadden op voorhand uitgebreide informatie gekregen over het appartement en de omgeving (winkels, restaurants, bezienswaardigheden). Babylon bevindt zich in een zeer rustige omgeving op wandelafstand van een paar supermarkten en het strand. In het appartement is er snelle wifi en in elke kamer is er een goede stille airco. De communicatie met Antoon en de vertegenwoordiger ter plaatse verliep heel vlot. Wij hebben hier een heel leuke vakantie gehad en kunnen het appartement aan iedereen aanbevelen!

We had a superb holiday the apartment was clean and well equipped ,being duplex made it feel very spacious,the owner is very responsive and attentive . The pool is beautiful no sun bed wars. The pool bar/restaurant provided a wonderful service including a party night ,food very good was a real bonus. We were provided with plenty of information about the local area and restaurants . The beach is lovely would recommend going to Coppa Beach club who provide free pickup and drop off service. No need for car local supermarket dropped our shopping back for us. Everything very accessible there’s even a call button for taxis at complex entrance. Will definitely be back

Apartment was well equipped, in a great location for sea & city. Air-con, internet & applicances all great. Beds comfortable, as were the sofas, balconies and outside table. Pool is lovely and warm, the pool bar serves great drinks (we didn’t try much of the food but looked great). 10/10
