Small, family-like Riad
This Riad is small and simple, but feels like a family stay. Staff is very nice and organises tours or even how to get you luggage all the way to the bus stop. Very recommended for people who travel alone, women friendly, the manager is always there and very nice to talk to. The rooms are simple, but functional, if traveling with more than one, make sure to get a big room. The location is very easy to find, ones you're there. Because it's basically just straight down from Jemaa al Fnaa. To find it for the first time better download Google offline maps.

Friendly read in the middle of the medina
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even picked us up, when my friend and I couldn't find the place on the first day( no extra cost).

Perfect location but no heating and very poor bed.
Staff were fantastic, kind and helpful. Huge shame about the bed that was very creaky and made a noise every time there was a slight movement. The heater in our room also didn't work and we were given a thick blanket as a replacement. We had to ask for more towels to be washed and cleaned too. For one day there was no hot water and no wifi. Other than this the hotel was decorated beautifully authentic to morrocon decor. situated in a perfect location made it easy to walk to all the nice sights nearby. Breakfast was good too. Beware of the tax rate that needs to be paid at the end of the trip too. Approx 2.5 euros per person per night. Hope this helps.

Nice hotel close to the market
We really have a good time. Gave facilities to my mum as she walks with a walking stick. Very nice environment and nice staff.

Convenient location
The Riad was basic, but big plus was the closeness to the Souqs and about 10 min walk to the big square. The staff were super friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were flexible with the timing to suit our group.

Great central budget ayay
Bit tricky to find but once we found it it was a superb location to be in the thick of it - only 10 minutes to Jmaa el Fna. Service was kind and helpful, the room and road was simple and pretty but sleeping was hard because of noisy guests. Recommend for budget short stay in Marrakesh!

Disappointing
Traditional, basic Riad in the heart of the medina. Very difficult to find and could do with some TLC. Don't go if you are expecting creature comforts....no TV, no tea/coffee facilities, no toiletries in room etc. Staff lovely and helpful but in an area I didn't feel safe in and would not recommend. Breakfast consisted of instant coffee sachets with lukewarm water in a plastic flask plus a few different kinds of bread and some strawberry jam (every day for 5 days. Was ready to sell a kidney in return for some fresh fruit, yoghurt or an egg by the end!). We had twin room at the top and the beds were very old and saggy and the room was dirty with paint peeling off the ceiling in the very tiny bathroom. Would not return to this Riad...or Marrakech for that matter.

the Real Deal
if you want an authentic experience of living in the old city, or Medina, of Marrakech, this is the place to stay. Nestled in a small warren of side streets off of a main route to Jemaa El Fna, this three story riad is perfectly decorated in true Moroccan style, from the scattering of colorful floor rugs to the beautiful sconces and hanging lanterns. While small, it is charming and the bathrooms are en suite. There is even a rooftop terrace to enjoy the cool desert breezes while enjoying breakfast or watching the sunset. The staff is friendly and attentive and speek fairly good English. They will provide directions, maps, and even arrange tours for you. Best of all, it is within easy walking distance of all the main sights and landmarks of Marrakesch!

Strutta discreta. Sicuramente non eccelsa ma per parlare della Medina di Marrakech non è male. Personale estremamente simpatico, gentile, premuroso, da voto 10 sono bravissimi ragazzi. Colazione discreta. Camera un po’ piccola non molto pratica, mal arieggiata. Bagno piccolo. Però ripeto siamo a Marrakech, non si sa cosa si può trovare negli altri Riad, dunque per me voto positivo lo consiglio. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale Posizione ottima.
