Not good stay Reception 9am to 11pm only. So i reach 1130pm and i was charged extra $15. I was not told when i book. I need to check out 8am but cannot put my luggage as reception open 9am. Very disappointing stay. Room too cold no heating.

Nice clean rooms with good beds. Althought renovation is ongoing there is no parking onsite as the description said. There is parking 5min walk away or closer for 4hrs if you can get a space. Staff didnt really know where best place to park was just a gave a vague idea which turned out to be restricted. Some cubicles I noticed was out of toilet roll. Free tea and coffee ran out. Teething problems for a new hostel the atmosphere was good, a spatious relaxed place to stay very close to the city centre. I would go back and stay again.

5* Stars!
We booked a queen size room for originally 4 days but then had to extend for a further three. The room was clean and tidy and had been looked after. There’s three queen bed rooms which all share a cooking area, a shower and two toilets- everything was kept incredibly clean which was really nice. Overall, no complaints and we would happily come back again. The staff where polite and efficient and it was a really enjoyable stay. It’s obvious the place has been looked after and the owners have pride in the place. There are locks on each of the doors which are opened with a key card adding piece of mind over security of your personal belongs. We will definitely be back!
