Welcome to your exclusive getaway, perfectly designed to host up to 10 guests! Whether you're passionate about golfing with the boys, ready to relax with the girls or are in search of a peaceful family getaway, Desert Gem has everything you need!

Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with ensuite
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with adjacent bathroom
Bedroom 4: Full over Full bunk bed with Twin trundle bed with adjacent bathroom

Parking: Garage (2 vehicles), driveway (2 vehicles), street parking in front of the property.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, island counter with bar seating, blender, coffee bar with coffee maker, cookware, dishware/flatware and more.

Five Smart TVs (1 in each bedroom, 1 in living room), open, spacious great-room and dining room

Outdoor Living: Private pool, BBQ grill and outdoor seating, large turf area with cornhole boards

*Our pool is not heated*

Other Amenities: Laundry room, central heat & A/C, toiletries, hair dryer in each bathroom, linens, bath towels, beach towels

Cameras: There are three security cameras on the exterior of the property:

- One doorbell camera covering the entry
- One camera facing the pool and back patio
- One down the side of the house looking at the gates

The cameras are for security and insurance purposes only and are not viewed unless the hosts have damage to the property or an issue to address.

Community Respect: Our wonderful neighbors are supportive of our home being a vacation rental, but it is not intended for parties. We kindly ask you to observe the strict quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am PT to maintain harmony in the neighborhood.

Home was perfect! We had my father's 90 birthday party at the rental and it was great. The home was clean. The yard was nice and there was plenty of room for everyone to comfortably hang out. It was great!

Excellent vacation rental

We have been going to mesquite every spring for almost 20 years. In that time we have rented many houses and I do have to say this was one of the nicest. Excellent price for what you get. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The hot tub was an added bonus and it was used every night. Needless to say I would definitely stay here again. House is located in a new neighborhood and is very safe as well.

Guys Mesquite Golf Retreat

Loved having 4 bedrooms, so everyone had their own room. The hot tub was great after a cold plunge in the pool. Great access to all the local golf courses.

A sunshine getaway

We were looking for somewhere to get out of the Idaho snow. This was a perfect getaway. Everything was just like the online pictures showed. I got very promp responses from the property manager. We will definitely be rebooking this house.

This is a beautiful home and we enjoyed ir tremedously. It is close to utv trails, just right up the road. It is only 2 miles to the casino for evening amusement as well. We will definitely rent this home again! Thank you so much, it was great
