Flats Friends Condesa-Pelotari is a recently built building in the Condesa neighborhood. It is located in the heart of the Condesa neighborhood, between the parks of Spain and Mexico and the Chapultepec Forest. It is a quiet and relaxed area of the city, full of cafes, bars and restaurants.

This three-bedroom apartment for up to 9 people at Flats Friends Condesa-Pelotari has an open living room area with double sofa bed and television, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The tap has a filter, so the water in the apartment is drinkable. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a laundry area with a washer/dryer.

This apartment has two large bedrooms and a single room, as well as two bathrooms with a shower.
