Consider this house, lovingly known as "Bougie by the Beach, " your home away from home while you visit Pewaukee or the surrounding Milwaukee area. This phenomenal, completely renovated 1890's farm house boasts 4 bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 crib, 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. Enjoy the gorgeous surroundings and take advantage of the beach, lake, shops, restaurants, bars, parks & more within walking distance. You'll love the chef's kitchen with huge island, the 2 screen porches, patio with fire pit & hand hewn beams. The home is furnished with luxurious pieces from RH, West Elm, Anthropolgie & Pottery Barn, with splashes of MCM.

This property was outstanding. Very tastefully decorated, very well supplied, excellent seating, dining, cooking options. Shower was great, off street parking, and absolutely walkable to the beach/town area. 10 minutes tops. I'd reccomend it for sure.

Great location to Carroll

I booked this property for my family that was in town for my daughter’s college graduation at Carroll University in adjacent Waukesha. It couldn’t have been better. The house, with its two porches, fire pit and big kitchen were perfect for our group. I booked it for the proximity to Carroll and then discovered the great town of Pewaukee. Walked to a delicious meal downtown overlooking the lake. Our host was delightful and had all kinds of extra touches including coffee and creamer. The beds were very comfortable with great linens. Overall a wonderful experience.
