Clean and convenient location
Close to downtown Milwaukee conveniently located right next to a cute coffee shop. I also highly recommend checking out Uncle Wolfie's which is less than a mile away. Requesting permission to park overnight was strange to me since I don't live in the city, but it was super easy, and my host kindly sent me a link to make it even easier.

Good!! But had some issues
The parking was near impossible to find during our stay and had to walk a lot. The sheets, blanket, and pillows all had stains. However very nice host!! He was very accommodating and nice. Over all cute neighborhood and a coffee shop with amazing coffee next door.

Milwaukee Weekend
We were in Milwaukee for just a weekend. The location was really good, and the coffee shop next door was awesome! The property is in a cool neighborhood, but it is a neighborhood. You hear cars and people, but it was not problematic.

On the upside was the locale. Walking distance to shops, eateries, bars. Third ward and downtown are a short drive. Neighborhood is mostly older, well kept with a smattering of newer construction. Kitchen was well stocked for eating. Good size bedroom with comfy bed. On the downside: Despite the sign in the kitchen, encouraging one to eat, there was no table to eat on. Not much room in kitchen, but a small coffee table in front of pullout, or an end table at foot of bed would have been helpful. Never was able to change volume onTV, despite hosts suggestion. Too much volume coming up thru floorboards from downstairs. First night was OK. 2nd was not. Music/base beat went on at 9:30 and continued off and on for several hours. They did turn it down after 11:00.
