Great spot on Miyako!
The Green Terrace property is a gem. Very well maintained and comfortable. Perfect for a group of friends or family.

ロケーションはとても良かった。目の前の海で泳げないのは残念。また掃除が行き届いていないのが気になり、特にキッチンの棚や引き出しなどの臭いが気になった。 BBQは有料だが天候などに左右されるので一晩ではなく期間中貸してくれるとありがたい。 滞在前に質問連絡したが返答もらえず、期間中一度も連絡はなかった。

清潔さにかける。。
ロケーションや、施設の充実さは本当に素晴らしいのに清潔さはありません。 今回洗濯と乾燥機の備えのある施設が条件でここにきめたのですが、使おうとしたら乾燥機のフィルターが交換されていなく、ホコリやゴミが詰まっていて使う気になれないレベル。気がついたときには既に洗濯機も回していたので気持ちも萎えました。しかも洗濯物を出したときに茶色いペラペラの付着物がたくさん、、。洗濯機に垢がたまり汚れていた状態だったのです。 階段はホコリや前の方の髪の毛などがすみにたまり本当にがっかりでした。 タオルも臭い。髪にニオイがつきました。 せっかくあれだけ設備ガ良く、アメニティもポーラだし、建物の雰囲気も良いのに清潔面は本当に残念でした。 もしかして、オーナーさんが悪いわけではなく掃除担当の方が適当なのかわかりませんが、不思議なくらい清潔感がなかったです。 今は格安ホテルでも部屋に洗濯機や乾燥機があり気持ち良く泊まれます。 こちらにも頑張って欲しいです☆

海外にいるような気分
建物に入って　まず庭の先に海が見えることに感動しました。リビングダイニングも広く　2階にベッドルーム2つ（ツインルームとダブルルーム）と庭から海まで見渡せるバスルームがありました。1階のキッチンも大きくて　ゆっくり作業することができ必要最小限の食器や調理器具も揃っています。電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカー、炊飯器、浄水器付き蛇口、IHクッキングヒーター、魚焼きグリルがあるので　食材さえ買えば十分調理できます。調味料は　砂糖、塩、コショウ、醤油、サラダ油がありました。 当日12時までに連絡すれば　庭でBBQするためのBBQグリルを準備してくれます。（有料）網と鉄板、炭、蚊取り線香付き。 食材はマックスバリュで購入しました。BBQ用のお肉はそれほど無かったので、肉屋さんを探しておけばよかったかなと思います。台風直後だったので、野菜なども品薄でした。 テラスでのBBQは　とても快適でした。夜に　持参のシートを庭に敷いて星を見たのも良い思い出になりました。 早起きして　夜が明けるのを眺め　 オーシャンビューのお風呂に朝から入れたのも贅沢な気分でした。 1泊でも十分満足できます。また来たいと思います! （小さな虫が屋内に入ってきますが　場所柄　仕方ないかな、と思います。）

台風時のトラブル対応が最悪でした。非常用発電機が壊れ連絡したら予備がないと言われローソク(信号機がとまっているなか買いに行った)と懐中電灯１個で過ごすはめに…台風しょっちゅうくるところなのに台風に備えてが無さすぎで唖然としたところにしっかり宿泊代金請求されこれ又有り得ない。キャンセルを頼んだところ泊まったでしょっといわれましたが交渉の末返金してもらいましたが。
