Ticoulat - Monein - Gîte

In a preserved environment, a green setting made up of woods, meadows, Jurançon vineyards and hazelnut trees, the Ticoulat gîte has taken place at the top of a hill. This independent house dominates the landscapes to enjoy a beautiful view. Below 50 meters, a marked hiking or mountain biking trail allows a pleasant discovery walk in the heart of nature. Ground floor : - Spacious day room with its large bay windows comprising kitchen, living room, lounge. - Kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave, 3-burner induction hob. Dining Area. - Living room: open fireplace, TV, sofas. WIFI internet box. DVD player and small hi-fi system. - 1 bedroom (1 bed 140). Bathroom. Separate toilets. Stage : - 1 bedroom (1 bed 140). Bathroom/WC. - 1 90 cm bed and 1 office area on the mezzanine. 1 cot (umbrella bed). HERE EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED: beds made for your arrival, towels provided, heating and cleaning included. Heating heat pump / reversible air conditioning. Covered terrace facing south with view of the flower garden and its fountain, garden furniture, barbecue. 2 deckchairs. The ground is not closed, it will be necessary to supervise your small pet (3 dogs in the close vicinity). Private car park. Wood shelter for storing your bikes or other needs. Garage converted into a laundry room (washing machine, freezer, sink) and storage space available. Paul 35 km. Monéin 10 km. Lasseube 10 km. Aquabéarn Nautical Base 10 km. A green setting surrounds you, the forest and the vineyards in a postcard setting, the Ticoulat gîte will be the good memory of your holidays in the vineyards of Jurançon. Despite the slightly less good weather it was a TOP holiday. The gîte, the adjacent garden and the location of the whole are of the best we have ever had. The spontaneity, willingness and friendliness of the owners made it a 5 star stay. The gîte is at the top of our list to return to!
