Gulch House

The property was great for our stay in Nashville! Exactly as pictured online, it was easy to get an Uber to anywhere in the city and we were able to walk to the gulch for restaurants and shopping. Host was easy to communicate with.

50th bday

Fun stay for a group of 50 yr olds. Spacious & well maintained. Just FYI, the hot tub only seats 6 comfortably. But it was a great ammenity and was so nice to relax in at night!

Beautiful place. Obviously brand new. We did not cook but everything one could need was present. Spacious rooms, very nice bathrooms and large gathering area. Could not access front entrance due to combo lock not working on gate however entering through rear garage was hardly inconvenient. Would definitely - and plan to - stay here again.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The decor was very well done. Wonderful kitchen for us to cook with good supplies to cook. The appliances were all great. The bedrooms were beautiful and the beds so comfy! I loved the walk in closets and big bathrooms with double sinks. For a group of women getting ready in the am, it was a breeze. The only thing noted to improve were the tiles in the shower. In the upstairs bedroom to the left, the tiles near the drain stuck to your feet . There was also something that looked like mold in the grout in a couple of showers. The couch downstairs was warn, looked like it had seen better days. There are a lot of stairs, not a place for someone that has orthopedic issues but worked out well for us. It was difficult to find. Not sure how to improve that. I was able to reach staff with questions and they were all so kind and helpful. We loved the place. The hot tub was absolutely wonderful. The view superb! We enjoyed morning and evenings there. I would definitely go back. It proved to be a highlight of our stay!,

Quick Stop in Nashville

The townhouse was clean, spacious, well- located, and the service was prompt. It resembled my own home lland extremely comfortable. I just wish i could've found ESPN more easily late at night. That's the only recommendation, a channel guide! A real problem I know. LOL.

Girls Trip

There were 5 of us and we had an amazing stay. The beds were comfortable, the space was perfect for our group, hot tub was great and outdoor space was very enjoyable in the evenings. The pictures are spot on and the home is in a safe and walkable location! We walked to The Gulch several times and enjoy ourselves at the local restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is up and coming, there's another set of condos being built nearby but the noise was not insane or unbearable. The team at GoodNight stay were extremely responsive and helpful. We would absolutely visit again.

Denver meets Nashville

We enjoyed our stay at your property in Nashville. Very walkable to the Gulch area and a short Uber ride to downtown and other areas. A few property upgrade suggestions. We had 4 couples so the layout of bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for us but the unit needs more dishware and definitely more glassware. Our mattresses was very soft so medium would probably be best for a rental. Lastly, some of the units could have used larger dressers and definitely more hangers in all bedrooms for longer staying guests. Thank you.

Nashville Downtown

Great house beautiful view

We had a great stay! 8 of us explored Nashville for my 40th. This house was a great home base for all of our adventures. We loved the hot tub with a beautiful view. We loved that all the rooms are spread out for privacy. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Would recommend or stay again!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY WITH A GROUP OF FRIENDS

We had a great experience at this VRBO. Enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Only issue was we had trouble a few times with getting the Uber drivers the correct directions on how to get to the garage for picking up or dropping off as the front door is on a Main Street where traffic can not stop. Hot tub & fire top on roof deck was a night time hit!

Love the property & thy neighbor?

Great property (as pictured) but the neighbors were crazy - drunk & naked on the connecting rooftop deck at 5pm one day & having a party with live music & speakers late another night so definitely be prepared lol. We ended up avoiding the rooftop deck which was a bummer but there’s no privacy so we either were forced to be part of what they were doing or had to skip out. Not the relaxing rooftop experience we had hoped for at all but the location was good & the unit was new & as described. I just wouldn’t book here for a family trip with the kids or for any kind of quiet romantic getaway.
