Great house beautiful view

We had a great stay! 8 of us explored Nashville for my 40th. This house was a great home base for all of our adventures. We loved the hot tub with a beautiful view. We loved that all the rooms are spread out for privacy. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Would recommend or stay again!

Amazing Stay and Place!

Nashville Downtown

Awesome property and very close to everything exciting in the downtown area. The house was immaculate and came with tons of amenities to make it feel like home away from home. I will be back!!!

50th bday

Fun stay for a group of 50 yr olds. Spacious & well maintained. Just FYI, the hot tub only seats 6 comfortably. But it was a great ammenity and was so nice to relax in at night!

Denver meets Nashville

We enjoyed our stay at your property in Nashville. Very walkable to the Gulch area and a short Uber ride to downtown and other areas. A few property upgrade suggestions. We had 4 couples so the layout of bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for us but the unit needs more dishware and definitely more glassware. Our mattresses was very soft so medium would probably be best for a rental. Lastly, some of the units could have used larger dressers and definitely more hangers in all bedrooms for longer staying guests. Thank you.

Great vacation

This place is perfect for a group of 8 adults. Beds were comfy, kitchen was fully equipped and location was perfect for a walk or fun scooter ride pretty much anywhere.

Holidays in Nashville

This was a great property. We are a family of 5 and was great that everyone had their own room and bathroom. The location was perfect and we could walk to everything in downtown Nashville. Would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Beautiful place. Obviously brand new. We did not cook but everything one could need was present. Spacious rooms, very nice bathrooms and large gathering area. Could not access front entrance due to combo lock not working on gate however entering through rear garage was hardly inconvenient. Would definitely - and plan to - stay here again.

Beautiful property and excellent location

Went to Nashville for a friends, daughters wedding. First time there. The house is very conveniently located near the Gulch but far enough away that you are outside the hustle and bussle. The three floor townhouse is nicely laid out and very comfortable. The beds are particularly comfortable. The only complaint is that the propane tank for the fire pit on the deck was out and we needed a replacement brought over the next day.

Laid back and Refined!

The townhouse was very clean, just as described online, but even better in person! Very spacious and well appointed. Property managers were very prompt to reply and immediately remedied any concerns. My friend and I took our daughters to Nashville for the weekend to see Taylor Swift and enjoy the city. We made the 0.6 mile walk to the shops in the Gulch and enjoyed some delicious food! Ubers were very easy to access. Beds and furnishings were very comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop deck every morning and night. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay again! Thank you

Love the property & thy neighbor?

Great property (as pictured) but the neighbors were crazy - drunk & naked on the connecting rooftop deck at 5pm one day & having a party with live music & speakers late another night so definitely be prepared lol. We ended up avoiding the rooftop deck which was a bummer but there’s no privacy so we either were forced to be part of what they were doing or had to skip out. Not the relaxing rooftop experience we had hoped for at all but the location was good & the unit was new & as described. I just wouldn’t book here for a family trip with the kids or for any kind of quiet romantic getaway.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The decor was very well done. Wonderful kitchen for us to cook with good supplies to cook. The appliances were all great. The bedrooms were beautiful and the beds so comfy! I loved the walk in closets and big bathrooms with double sinks. For a group of women getting ready in the am, it was a breeze. The only thing noted to improve were the tiles in the shower. In the upstairs bedroom to the left, the tiles near the drain stuck to your feet . There was also something that looked like mold in the grout in a couple of showers. The couch downstairs was warn, looked like it had seen better days. There are a lot of stairs, not a place for someone that has orthopedic issues but worked out well for us. It was difficult to find. Not sure how to improve that. I was able to reach staff with questions and they were all so kind and helpful. We loved the place. The hot tub was absolutely wonderful. The view superb! We enjoyed morning and evenings there. I would definitely go back. It proved to be a highlight of our stay!,

Great location and house

Overall, this was a great house and location. We could walk 5-10 minutes to Music row and other restaurants / some shopping. We chose to walk to the Country Music Hall of Fame. It is just over 1 mile from the house. When we went out at night to Broadway, we chose to use a Lyft and it was a few short minutes. We even found a great state park within 20 mins (driving). They had many different, very well groomed, trails to hike on. The house itself was very clean and nice. We had 4 adult couples. A few items to know. The GPS was off a little, so it took a little extra to find the place. Not bad, if you follow the addresses of the other buildings and just keep going down 12th Ave. If you have light sleepers, have them choose the bedrooms away from the road side. the road noise is not bad but it is there and noticeable from the bedrooms. The only reason, I rated this a 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the following. There were no hooks in the bathrooms to hang your bath towels or clothes. The kitchen was well stocked but there was no bottle opener or can opener. The ceiling fan in multiple bedrooms did not work. There were a few light bulbs that needed to be replaced. None of these would stop us from renting it again nor did it stop us from enjoying the place.
