The living area is bright, open, airy, and perfect for entertaining. Unwind on the comfy sleeper sofa and two armchairs and watch favorite shows on the 48” flat screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING
Create tasty dishes in the well-equipped kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Two elegant pendant lights hang above the kitchen island with seating for six. Helpful kitchen gadgets include a coffee maker, toaster, and blender.
When you’re ready to eat, gather at the dining table with seating for eight.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
This home comfortably sleeps 10 total in three bedrooms. Two full-bathrooms and one-half bathroom are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities.
Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom with queen-size bed, 32” flat screen TV, and access to the rooftop deck. The en-suite master bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate water closet.
A second bedroom boasts a 4 single bunked beds and 32” flat screen TV. The third bedroom features a king-size bed, plenty of natural light, 32” flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
A convenient half bathroom is located near the living area.

Enjoy fresh air and beautiful city views from your private rooftop deck. With patio seating for eight, it’s the perfect spot to unwind with a refreshing drink after a fun day shopping and restaurant hopping.

The townhouse is located in the City Heights neighborhood right in the center of the town. It is a short walk to Blackstone Brewery or local restaurants.

We are very close to Downtown Nashville, Broadway, The Ryman, Bridgestone Arena, The Gulch, Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, East Nashville, Demonbreun St., Division St., Nissan Stadium, Music Row, the Music City Center, Frist Museum, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and Top Golf.

Nashville Birthday Trip

Overall, we had a good stay. It was a nice townhome. However, the property was not ready/clean upon scheduled arrival. The property manager did respond very quickly, but we had to sit and wait while the cleaners were contacted to come in and clean. The kitchen space was great for cooking and sitting to chat. There was a very small tv in the living room and not enough couch space/chairs for all of us to gather in there. The space on the roof was great. The neighborhood was not great, but seemed to be in the early stages of being revamped.
