Colourful family house with pool and large garden

Great place to spend vacations in Medoc, quiet, sufficient space in- and outside. Close to Pin Sec beach, about 10km to supermarkets. Perfect for families with children. Animals allowed.

Belle location

Belle maison conforme a l’annonce. Spacieuse, lumineuse et bien équipée. Terrain agréable, belle terrasse et piscine très appréciable (seul bémol le chien du voisin qui aboye la nuit donc difficile de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes). Une documentation touristique sur les commerces et activités de la zone aurait été un plus. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Naujac, reposant.

Ein tolles Haus, das viel schöner und größer ist, als auf den Bildern abgebildet. Toller Patio, ein sehr wohnliches Haus. Das Grundstück ist gigantisch und schön schattig, toll für Hunde, allerdings ist das Grundstück nicht 100 pro ausbruchsicher. Es ist komplett eingezäunt, sollte ein Hund aber abenteuerlustig sein ist der Zaun kein Hindernis.

Übertrifft die Erwartungen

Das Haus liegt auf einem riesigen Grundstück mit vielen Bäumen, so dass man viel Schatten hat. Die Fotos haben das, was wir bekommen haben, nicht abgebildet. Im Gegenteil, das Haus ist sehr viel schöner und größer! Es ist für Urlaubszwecke absolut perfekt. Es ist alles da was man braucht, es könnten sehr bequem 2 Elternpaare mit ihren Kindern dort wohnen. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, der das große Gelände sehr genoss, der Garten ist eingezäunt, jedoch nicht unbedingt ausbruchsicher. Der Zaun könnte nachgeben oder wäre überwindbar. Eric war sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar, sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage ist prima, schnell am Strand allerdings nicht ohne Auto.

Sehr gut ausgestattet, netter Vermieter,gute Lage,neu gemachte Terrasse, Inneneinrichtung ansprechend. Kleines Manko: Es lag keine Beschreibung des Fernsehgerätes vor, es wäre auch gut, wenn Adressen bzw. Telefonnummern von Ärzten usw. vorlägen.Ich war jetzt schon 3 mal da und es war immer schön.

Mir hat das Haus und das Grundstück gut gefallen, schöne Lage, großes Grundstück. Alles Notwendige war im Haus vorhanden. Der nächste Strand ist ca. 8km entfernt. Der Hund und ich haben zwei völlig entspannte Wochen verbracht. Unkomplizierter Vermieter.

Alles prima!

Sehr großzügiges, schön eingerichtetes Haus - alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Tolles Badezimmer mit großer Wanne und Dusche (Anmerk.: Es fehlen nur Haken für die Handtücher....) Das bewaldete Grundstück mit dem Pool und der Terasse ist wunderbar, wir konnten es leider wegen des regnerischen Wetters nicht so gut nutzen. Leider wegen des feuchten Klimas auch viele Mücken... Wir haben aber auf jeden Fall eine sehr schöne entspannende Woche hier verbracht.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Grund...

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Grundstück. Der Bungalow ist wunderschön und zum abkühlen in den Pool einfach herrlich. Erik ( der Vermieter ) sehr nett und unkompliziert. Reisetipps: Le Pin sec, sehr schöner langer und ruhiger Strand ,dort auch Kneipen vorOrt . Man kann ohne Probleme sein Hund über all mitnehmen. In Montalivet viele Kneipen, Wochenmarkt und Supermarkt . Lesparre – Médoc großer Supermarkt und viele Winzer. Wir kommen wieder keine Frage .

Leider haben wir das Haus äuße...

Leider haben wir das Haus äußerst schmutzig vorgefunden. Die Böden und das Bad waren sauber. Die Küche und die Couch in einem sehr schmuddeligen Zustand. Wir haben uns leider gar nicht wohl gefühlt. Den ersten Urlaubstag haben wir ausschließlich mit Putzen zugebracht. Das Haus ist schön, jedoch wird nur das nötigste gemacht. Spinnenweben unter den Decken und in den Ecken. Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Backofen konnten aufgrund des verheerenden Zustandes gar nicht genutzt werden. Alles sehr ärgerlich. Wir haben nämlich viel Geld in der Saison bezahlt für das Haus. Reisetipps: Strand von Le Pin. Sonnenuntergang war großartig

In der Dusche war Schimmel, da...

In der Dusche war Schimmel, das Grillrost passte nicht in den Grill, zwei Töpfenl waren zu 1/3 voll mit Pflanzenöl und nicht gereinigt. Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine sind zu klein und nicht für 6 Personen ausgelegt. All diese Mängel könnten relativ einfach behoben werden. Insgesamt wird in dem Haus nur das Nötigste gemacht. Das gesamte Grundstück ist durch vielen Bäume nahezu komplett eingeschattet, was für uns im Hochsommer jedoch nicht von Nachteil war. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Reisetipps: Der Strand bei Le Pin hat uns am besten gefallen. Hier ist es nicht ganz so voll wie in Hourtin Plage. Surfschulen und Leihmaterial gibt es hier auch. Der Wochenmarkt in Hourtin ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen.
