Had a great time at the house. Great location - just a few minutes away from downtown. Wish there was some type of shade in the backyard but we noticed that in the pics and brought our own pop up. No other complaints.

Perfect place and location!

This house is super cute, completely redone with high end upgrades. It's a few blocks walk to Landa Park and the river. Super easy to go tubing! Walkable to downtown restaurants and bars/fun spots. We will be back to Bridge Haus!

Cozy place. Impossible to be in a better location.

Nice clean comfortable old renovated/updated 3 br. Stocked with all of the basics for cooking and whatnot with great appliances incl gas stove. A hundred yards from the float-in parking lot. Three minute walk to the square... Five minute walk to Wurstfest. Nice small backyard area with firepit and hot tub. We loved it. Dont hesitate.

Grooms family wedding house

House worked out well , we were in town for sons wedding , grass was not mowed & knee high , wasp nest at the front door & no where does it state to enter the door from the rear entrance , please state that in check in process please , small shower in back bedroom was super weird , 2foot by 2 foot shower the shower head was in the middle , could not bend over & as soon as u lather your head & move all shampoo wud wash away , strange set up……….inside of shower door stripping was moldy ! We have stayed in lots of short term rentals ….. this one seemed neglected!

Group River trip

This house was great! It was clean, super cute, set up well, and the beds were the COMFIEST BEDS OF ALL TIME. Even the pillows were great. The kitchen was stocked well and the fridge was spacious. the parking with the gate was nice as well. My only issue was that it said in the description that you could request early check in, however when i emailed them twice about checking in earlier and what that entailed, they gave me a canned response with no way to actually check in earlier until day of. It worked out fine for our schedule, but it would have been nice to even have the option to check in an hour earlier or something because we had a big group and wanted to be ready for them. Overall, all 8 of us really loved our stay there. We felt like the price was great for location, cleanliness, checkin/check out and how cute it is!

Location location

GOOD: location! Easy walk to downtown for shopping and food, NB Toob rental with daiquiris to go (bring a thermos!). Quiet home - no party or train noise when we were there. House is super cute! Hot tub is clean. AC is cold. Smart TV ready for your streaming service.BAD: mattresses are awful - so soft you sink into a hole and can’t get out - talk about a pain in the neck/back! The grill is not suitable to use (filled with leaves and flammable things stored by it).

Biohazard surprise

I am never a Karen on leaving reviews but….. two half empty toilet paper rolls per bathroom , a biohazard waste of used tampons and pads in a sack under a bed that we slept in , undiscovered until check out day while we were cleaning, an Amazon of a yard . and a full head of hair in our beds and shower rugs later…. Did anyone clean prior to our arrival? If so , I would definitely find a new cleaning service. Needless to say we left this home cleaner than we found it and still paid the cleaning fee .

Good location, we walked into the square to shop and eat. Master bed was very soft, we sunk down into it and could not sleep so had to move to a different room. House had everything we needed and looked as advertised.

Great little house!

We enjoyed our stay quite a bit. Very spacious, nice beds and furniture, well stocked kitchen. Just not enough toilet paper, but otherwise well stocked bathrooms. The front door scraped the floor and had to be locked to keep it closed. We liked the close proximity to Texas tubes and downtown shopping. The hot tub was great. There was a deep floor dent by the front door that should be addressed. I would stay here again.

Our family came to float the river. This location was ideal. The house was cute, comfortable and clean. The outdoor area was a great place to relax and grill. I would stay here again.

NB Wedding

Bridge Haus was in a great location for our weekend in New Braunfels. The rooms were very good and beds were comfortable. They did not stock the house with things like coffee or tea. Also, you can tell that quite a few kitchen items have walked off. Very few pans but alot of coffee cups! Although we didn't end up using it, the hot tub was ready to go! The gas grill did not work so we didn't end up enjoying the outside area that last evening as planned.

Location is perfect

I came in a group of 6 adults for my 30th birthday. The location was perfect. We were a 5 minute walk from restaurants and tubing spots and a 9 minute drive to Gruene. The place had been remodeled and they’d done a decent job. Our bathroom had a shower head coming straight out of the ceiling but it wasn’t a waterfall style shower head so it wasn’t very comfortable. Especially if you weren’t trying to wash your hair. Our sink also had very low water pressure and was like a drizzle. Check in was easy with a twist. They specify to use the front door for the code but there was no code on the front door. We walked around and found it on the back door. Communication could have been quicker. Though this is marked on VRBO, they email you through their rental company and take a couple days to get back.

This is a great location to float the Comal River . Very nice a quiet location. Definitely great for a family of five we all had a wonderful time . Will be back to this spot for sure
