So Pretty - Loved the Birds!
This property is a great place to stay to visit the Hill Country! It was cute and the large windows were wonderful to look out on the property and great view to wake up to. The bird theme was fun! And we enjoyed watching all the birds in the feeders all around from our deck. It was a nice visit!

Perfect in every way
My teen and I needed a place to be "home base" for college visits in central Texas and this was PERFECT! From the location in the country (but still close enough to town), to the property (gorgeous), to the choice of furniture placement - everything was just what we needed. Some vacation homes either have furnishings that are so precious you're afraid you might break something, but Patrick and Suzanna have found the exact right balance of well-appointed and comfortable. Each piece is thoughtfully arranged to take advantage of the fantastic views. 12 out of 10 and we will definitely come back!

Wonderful birthday getaway
Beautiful location, convenient to Wimberley but out enough to escape. Fantastic sunrise and sunset views, and loads of privacy. Suzanna and Patrick were immediately responsive when we had our one issue with the lock. Other than that, we did not see them. All amenities we needed for a relaxing weekend away to celebrate my birthday. Took advantage of several listed restaurant recommendations but opted for dinner takeout so we could take advantage of the scenic surroundings with our glass of wine and serenity--even enjoyed some darts! Thanks for a great stay--we will be back!
