The WiFi password never worked the elevators were not working at times, the stairwell was disgustingTrash everywhere, unclean , and even had animal feces on one of the steps. I will stay at other Roami properties but not this one. And the booking process is much better through hotels.com , who I usually use.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! This place is nothing but a scam for your money. We arrived late(9pmish) on a Thursday evening. I went to bed shortly after we arrived as we had had a long day, my husband sat on the couch(which has seen way better days) and was watching tv when he realized there was a burn mark on the couch cushion next to him. The next morning he told me about it and suggested I report it to the management company - so I did, with a photo included. I got an email back saying that they would take a look at it after our departure and thank you for the report. We went on with our weekend as normal and had a blast in New Orleans. After two days by back was destroyed by rock hard bed, only had a couple towels(if your a girl and your not washing your hair that day you know you need multiple towels) the floor was gritty and definitely did not look like the photos in the listing. Anyways, we checked out Monday morning(on time). When we landed back in Atlanta I recived a message saying that they are TAKING MY SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR THE COUCH HAVING A BURN MARK!!!!!!!!!!!! Exactly the same thing I had REPORTED a couple days before after our check in. I was pissed non the less, I mean the condo was less than adequate, my back hurt from the horribly uncomfortable bed and now there taking my deposit for something that was there BEFORE we had arrived.New Orleans has MANY places to stay, this is not. Don't waste your time, don't waste your money or your mental stress
