The Empire Hotel was a lovely place to stay in New York - fabulous location and really polite and friendly staff. However, the room was slightly tired looking and could have done with some maintenance e.g. fresh paint. One of our floorboards was also loose/squeaky. However the room was always cleaned to a great standard. Would stay again.
Beautiful lobby. helpful and friendly staff. The room was a good size for a NYC hotel.
