This updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath brick home blends vintage charm with modern comforts—perfectly located just 10 minutes from downtown Charleston, CHS Airport, The PAC, Convention Center, and 20+ minutes from area beaches. Quick access to I-26 makes exploring easy.
The Space:
Inside, enjoy a cozy living space with a sofa and smart TV. The full kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, and all the essentials for cooking and dining in.
Sleep soundly with comfortable beds and fresh linens. Both bedrooms have queen beds, and the master bedroom has an attached bathroom. Central heating & air, ceiling fans, and portable fans ensure year-round comfort.
