Bahama Bay a Bit Far Away

We stayed at the resort a week before the holiday and we were happy with the size and the functionality of the unit. The bedrooms were nicely sized and nicely appointed.. the kitchen was great and the appliances were state of the art. The resort had some nice activities for kids and teens. Our only issue was the location was a bit too far from some of the more popular attractions. Other than that it was a great location.

Too loud

Love Bahama Bay Vacasa not so much

We have stayed at Bahama Bay every year for the last 7 years. I will NEVER book thru Vacasa again! Air did not work and took hours for anyone to fix it. Door fell off the hinges to the washer and dryer and we had to wear shoes while inside as the carpet turned our feet black. It was disgusting especially with a toddler with us. All the beds were not comfortable at all! Tried to get a late checkout but there is a time limit that you have to request to have one and we missed it due to being at the parks and did not see the email. Lots of changes at Tradewinds and they aren’t good changes. Food and drinks were not as good as previous years. But don’t believe that we will be back to Bahama Bay

Vacasa Rental

Absolutely loved this condo! It was everything we hoped for! Clean! Great Location! Quiet! Located right next to the Trandwinds Restaurant which was fantastic after a 12 hour drive and we just wanted food and to relax! The food was yummy and so were the drinks! Make it your first meal so you can just settle in a relax! We didn't use the pools because we were park hoping with SeaWorld, Discovery Cove & BG Tampa but they looked clean and nice and not too crowded. Will definitely be back! I did learn I should have booked though Vacasa directly because it technically isn't a VRBO but thankful it was listed or I wouldn't have found this great place! Communication with Vacasa is AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Beautiful place to stay

This apartment is newly renovated and beautifully decorated. It is close to the pool. Disney parks are about a half hour away. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great place for WDW visitors

This place is super nice and clean. We stayed this room for 4 nights and enjoyed very well. Though the price is reasonable, the quality of the room is outstanding. The time required from this room to WDW is about 20 - 30 mins (30 min for magic kingdom and 20 min for other parks. Of course, it depends on the traffic conditions). We would definitely come back and use Bahama Bay Resort for future WDW visits.

Great Stay

We walked in to a clean and spacious condo. Everything that we needed was provided. Walmart/restaurants are less than 10 minutes away. The drive to Orlando was not bad. We did not encounter any issues. Check-in was easy. The condo is very well decorated with modern furnishings and appliances. My only suggestion is to update the description. One portion says there is 1 king and 2 queen beds. The longer description states there are queen beds and twin beds. We called before booking to verify that there was indeed a king bed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We recommend this property and will look into staying here again if we are in the Orlando area.
