We went to the pool on Saturday. There is security checking bags when you enter. Unfortunately, there was no security on patrol. My wifes cellphone,sandals, and debit card were stolen while we were in the pool playing with our 8 year old daughter. They have a few lifeguards around the poll that average about 16 years of age and are all just horseplaying with each other and playing on their phones. I reported the jncident and never got a call back from a supervisor. Also, they told us checkin was after 4pm. We made. Point to arrive to ensure our room wS ready. We arrived at 4:40pm and were told we would have to wait 20 to 30 minutes. When we finally got our room keys it was 5::20pm. The front desk staff were not courteous and there was no apology for not having our room ready. Furthermore, we were charged resort fees that Expedia said were included in a special. I showed this to the clerk and she said she still had to charge us an additional $143.00 !!! I would not recommend this unsafe resort unless you want to have your belongings stolen and be disregarded by staff.

We stayed here in 2019, everything was amazing. The Resort accommodations are starting to show its age. No house keeping of any kind during our week stay, rooms were Very dusty and not totally clean, no mattress covers just sheets, no more Kurig machine, hallway carpets stained and dirty. But… staff is very kind and friendly, pools and grounds are perfect, close to everything in Orlando. Would still recommend to friends.

We were so happy with our stay at The Grove Resort. We did not get to spend as much time there and are now looking to book another trip just to make sure we can spend more time at this facility.

Condos were spacious and very clean. But the outdoor pool and water park are pretty outdated. The main pool was extremely dirty and had yellow stains, pretty disappointing giving the daily rate of this place.
