Lots of fun

I really enjoyed the place. It had plenty of room. The bathroom on the first floor in the bedroom needed to be cleaner. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay. Look forward to coming back next year.

Excellent Stay!

During our few times to Florida, this has had to be the best location we’ve stayed in yet. From location being more than ideal to convenience of having readily available appliances throughout the house itself made it all the better of an overall trip. Up and downstairs laundry appliances was more than helpful given the size of our group, not to mention the grill and pool being readily prepared made outside activities more enjoyable and convenient. 10/10 would recommend, and would absolutely stay again.

It was perfect for our large family getaway. We had one small issue with the pool being cloudy and the management company was very responsive. They had someone out the very next day to clean it and it was great.

Pleasant stay

The property was beautiful and very well kept, almost everything worked except a couple of chairs that were broken and a lack of missing forks, but as soon as management was contacted problems were solved. The one issue we had was with parking for five cars. We were not aware there was not enough parking in front of the house until after paying the deposit and once we were in the property, it was not easy to find parking spots. Apart from that we had a lovely trip!

Wonderful place that had all the room for our big family

Justin and Mike helped whenever we needed anything. They were both great. We had 6 cars and we did not know that we could only have 5. However they accommodated us. The place was pretty clean. They carpet had some things on it. Other than it was clean.

Awesome for a large group!

This house checked all of our boxes. We were a large group of 21 adults in Florida for a week long softball tournament. The house had two dishwashers, two refrigerators, and two washers and dryers. This made it really convenient for our team. There were also plenty of bathrooms to accommodate everyone showering at once. The water was never cold! This is definitely a property we'd look to stay at in the future. The only downfall is the amount of traffic entering the neighborhood at night. There is only one entrance and can get backed up with a lot of traffic over spring break (we sat for over an hour one evening).

Family Vacation

We brought our children, grandchildren & great grands. There was a large age group and came and went at different times, staying with us. This home had something for everyone! I forgot to ask about a crib for my great grand. When I texted the company, I got a quick response that they would have one sent right away. Which they did. I checked my emails and didn't find the code to get in the lazy river. Same thing they responded very quickly. This house is very roomy and has a bathroom for everyone, which is just want we needed with teenagers! Swimming pool and hot tub were a hit! One suggestion, I wish they was some stores or restaurants in the development. The traffic on I-4 is awful. The gate folks were great and recognized us fast. They made us feel secure. Would stay again!

Pool safety

The house was beautiful, however the pool was very dirty. The water was green and cloudy. After speaking with the property owner he sent someone out to clean it. The pool cleaner stated the filter needed to be replaced. My nephew was diagnosed with pink eye on the third day of us being there, which apparently came from the pool. Once she did replace the filter chunks of hair and dead bugs started invading the pool. There was also obejects at the bottom of the pool that caused injury to one of my nieces. After removing the object it looked to be part of the tile that fell out the pools inside lining. The tubs and showers weren't very clean so my sister and I had to clean every bathroom before we got settled in. I hope whoever rents the house next has a better experience.

Golf Vacation

Pool/Hot tub didn't work, had to call for repair. House would be nice, but is in poor shape and needs lots of handyman work. Pool chair pads had mold on them and grill is on its last leg.

Perfect for our group

The house was perfect for our group. It held all of us comfortably. Everything was clean. Parking wasn’t an issue. We had five cars and one car parked in overflow with no issues. Downside: There were no non-stick pans; all stainless steel. There was exactly one roll of toilet paper per bathroom so if you are staying longer than 3-4 days, make sure you get more toilet paper along with big trash bags, detergent, dryer sheets, and extra towels. The location wasn’t bad. 5 miles from most of the main attractions, Publix 2 miles away… I would stay here again!

Unpleasant

We booked this trip with family out of state to make it a trip to enjoy and go away from reality. We created an itinerary since we were a large party and to make it work we needed to keep the kids busy. Pool being a major amenity. We arrived to the home and the pool is green. Very frustrating to arrive to the home after a day at the park and our whole party needed a jumó in the pool to relax. The house is not clean. There was pubic hair in a few bathroom doors just stuck there. The bath tubs were disgusting. The smell when you enter the house is not a clean air. There are holes in the walls in various spots around the house. The kitchen dishes were greasy. Carpets need a deep clean. We arrived to the resort on a Friday afternoon. Security guard advised that they were out of car passes. So they were just letting everybody in. Woke up Saturday morning to one of the vehicles in my party being towed. $223 to take it out. No signs or warnings from the resort. Comes out that the pass had all that information. And the passes were not provided to my party until Sunday morning. Very shady how they did that. Not what we expected. I have to give credit to the property manager that did answer my calls and did correct the pool issue but we had to deviate from our original plans though. So that was a huge inconvenience. Definitely will not stay there again.

Beautiful home, Disappointing service

The home is smaller than it appears. Rooms were clean but only one towel and one sheet set provided per room/person. The heat, refrigerator and hot tub were not functioning and it was a debacle to get the management company to respond. However once they realized that were were not going to shut up and take it they did make some accommodations to move us to a home that wasn’t 85-88 degrees. The didn’t get HVAC there until the following day and despite paying an additional fee for heating the pool and the hot tub, the hot tub was heated only one day. Parking is also an issue as well as access to the property. Overall a disappointing experience.

Stay 1-31 to 2-5. Nice big house 5,000sq ft. Everything is nice and good in the house. The property entrance is not good. It’s too small and the gate is 5 cars from a high speed road. When few people check in at the gate. You get stuck on the road and people try to enter left n right. Not good.
