It's a really nice apartment/hotel, location is pretty good as well. We got the room on the 2nd floor and, few times, we use the stairs before we stopped because the bad smells (like gas smells)..need to fix this issue...thx

Spacious and homely stay for our family
It is a very spacious apartment considering it is Japan. We have full amenities like washing machine, nice kitchen, living room area and bedroom. My family look forward to return everyday after a long day outdoors. I will have given a full 5 star if they replenish our supply of coffee drips and some basic cleaning given our long stay. Overall we had a very comfortable stay.

Perfect place, beyond expectations
Huge, spotless, incredibly comfortable space. We booked the "Exclusive Apartment" with big comfy beds, an elegantly minimally designed space, and modern/well thought out bathroom layout. My family booked a stay here for the Osaka Marathon, it was a great stay for well needed rest and comfort, is close to the metro station, and a 10-15 minute walk anywhere to Dotonburi/Shinsaibashi/Namba. Really cute old school coffee shop across the street, Family Mart at the corner, and a grocery store nearby for longer stays. Complimentary pocket wifi with service and included washer/dryer were essential perks. Hotel was very communicative with forms and helpful information before check in. The only downside is the relatively late check-in (4pm) and early check-out (10am) but the hotel accommodated storing our bags and moving them into the room for us at check-in, and held on to our bags up to 6pm on the check-out date. It looked like there may be some construction in the rest of the building, but our room was perfect.
