There are pros and cons about this hotel. My family and I stayed for 4nights in this hotel. Pros: Subway connection just right next to the hotel but still need to walk around 5mins to the nearest subway. Loads of restaurants and shops around you. Great smiles and greetings from the staffs Cons: No selection of pillows available…. No water bottle offer for free… No hair brush…. Very noisy when other people talking in the corridor… Traffic noise is loud even I was in the highest floor….

매우 만족한 호텔
한큐백화점과 한신백화점 등 백화점가 가깝고, 히가시도오리상점가 안에 있어서 다양한 음식점들도 가까운 매우 입지가 좋은 호텔입니다. 서일본JR 계열이라 나름 신용도 있는데 연말연시에도 크게 비싸지 않아서 여기로 결정했습니다. 방은 여느 일본 비니지스 호텔과 비슷한 크기인데 방이 낡은 느낌이 없고 청결하게 유지되고 있는 것 같아서 좋았습니다. 호텔에서 바로 편의점으로 연결되는 통로가 있는 것도 좋네요. 다만 외부 손님들도 많은 위치라 호텔에서 편한 옷차림으로 가볍게 잠깐 들리기에는 조금 부담스럽긴 하네요 ^^;; 이번에 와이프가 밤중에 열이 너무 나서 걱정했는데 로비에 연락을 하니 친절하게 구급차도 불러주고 해서 너무 좋았습니다. 다만 아쉬웠던 점은 냉장고가 좀 오래된 것인지 냉장기능이 너무 약해서 조금 아쉬웠고, 방 위치에 따라서는 창문을 열어도 맞은편 빌딩 벽이 보이면서 실외기 소리가 너무 시끄러웠던 점이 있네요. 물론 창을 닫으면 조용했습니다.

Pro: posizione, vicinissimo alla stazione di Osaka e a tutti i grandi centri commerciali della zona. Camera spaziosa per gli standard giapponesi. Comodo il minimarket direttamente collegato con l'hotel. Contro: il personale parla pochissimo inglese, una gran fatica per farsi capire e chiedere qualsiasi informazione. Temperatura della stanza altissima, si soffocava dal caldo, e l'unica coperta era un piumone pesantissimo, o quello o niente. Cuscino scomodissimo, anche quello di un solo tipo, quindi o quello o niente. Nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua in camera. Non esiste un locale/piano a disposizione degli ospiti per rilassarsi e mangiare, cosa che ho trovato in altri hotel in Giappone. C'è un microonde nella hall all'ingresso ma senza nemmeno un piano di appoggio e senza possibilità di mangiare altrove se non in camera. Colazione misera, con poca scelta e poca varietà. Nemmeno un canale della tv inglese, solo giapponesi. Sinceramente non ci tornerei.
