Excellent communications

Water leak in upstairs bath created a moldy smell. Property manager was called and immediately sent a plumber. Leak temporarily fixed, but mold in walls exists. Needs to be repaired properly. Loved the location

Cozy house for a visit to Oxford

The property is a 15-20 minute walk from most of the main Oxford attractions/museum/colleges. The bus station is nearby for day trips to London and access to Heathrow and Gatwick. The immediate vicinity has several very nice restaurants and places to get food supplies (Little Clarendon Street in particular for bread, cheese and wine). The kitchen is well equipped and the separate washing and drying machines were very useful (not the usual two-in-one machine that does neither job well). Note that there is only one bathroom/toilet for all three bedrooms. A few minor quibbles such as several lightbulbs needing replacement and the bathroom window needing repair, otherwise comfortable and livable.
