Great value, friendly service, perfect location
We were very happy with our 4 day stay at this hotel. It was within walking distance of parks, restaurants, and the city center. The receptionist was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. She made a special effort to find us biking parking in a garage near by. She also was happy to move us to a different room when we complained about the street noise our first night. We also appreciated the cafe off the lobby where we could get breakfast easily. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palencia. It is great value for the price.
Pros: The hotel staff, the room was comfortable and clean, the location was great.
Cons: Warn guest staying in the rooms on the back side that the garbage/recycling trucks can be quite noise during the very early hours of the morning.
Location: Central location near town center, restaurants and parks.
