Apartment located within an ancient palace of 400 where once was born the namesake theater Real Teatro Umberto I°, the house is located a stone's throw from the artistic wonders of the historic center of Palermo, within the Arab-Norman route recognized heritage of 'UNESCO .
The accommodation, located on the second floor without an elevator, opens onto the living area consisting of a sofa, dining table and television; in the same room is the kitchen complete with the main equipment. From the living area there is access to a small balcony. Continuing is the sleeping area composed of a queen-size bed. A bathroom with shower stall completes the layout of the house.
