The included golf cart is a street-legal low-speed vehicle (LSV) and must be operated in accordance with Florida law.
• Drivers must be at least 21 years old
• A valid driver's license and active insurance are required
• All traffic laws, speed limits, and cart path rules must be followed
• Guests are responsible for safe operation and assume full liability for any accidents, fines, or towing
• Prior to use, all drivers must be 21+ and provide: (1) Copy of valid driver's license (front & back) and (2) Proof of current auto insurance policy (front & back). Documentation will be requested via email after booking confirmation. Golf cart access requires complete documentation - no exceptions. See full terms in rental agreement.

• Guests 18 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian after 9:00 PM while on Prominence property during designated curfew periods. This policy helps preserve a peaceful atmosphere for all owners and guests and supports community-wide safety initiatives. We kindly ask that families explore and enjoy the area together whether visiting nearby beaches, The Hub Shoppes, or The Big Chill.
