Thanks to the flat's ideal location, you'll be just five minutes' walk from Porte Maillot metro station, giving you quick and easy access to the capital's various tourist attractions (Champs Elysées 20 minutes by public transport, Eiffel Tower 27 minutes by public transport). The area in which the property is located is renowned for its peacefulness and its immediate proximity to the Bois de Boulogne, just across the road. You can enjoy lovely walks and picnics in this magnificent park. In addition, the Jardin d'Acclimatation is just a six-minute walk away. It offers a place to relax and play for all the family. All the shops you might need during your stay are less than five minutes' walk away, including a bakery, butcher, greengrocer, pharmacy and supermarkets. There are also plenty of restaurants in the immediate proximity. These include renowned establishments such as Durand Dupont, Coffee Parisien, Chez Gustave and Pinzutu.
