Great location but property needs work and a good clean.
We couldn't fault the location, and the owners were lovely but unfortunately that is where the positives end for us. We found the property to be a bit run down and not as clean as we would expect. We ended up rewashing dishes, cleaning out cutlery drawers, scrubbing soap scum off the shower and vacuuming up dog hair off the rug. We even purchased rugs to drape over the lounge as we just didn't feel comfortable sitting on it. I understand that the owners are going for an eclectic antique vibe, but for me it just seemed a bit run down.

Very convenient location
Interesting yesteryear collection throughout the house, Very convenient location, comfortable living with fans and aircon, all you need In the kitchen and BBQ. Most uncomfortable lounge we have ever sat on!!! Dreadful!!!!!! Different from image in the promo photos Overall we did enjoy our stay !!!!!

Lovely location in the heart of historic Guilford. House is like a museum and filled with lots of nice touches such as books, occasional table settings, antiques.

Gorgeous character cottage in great location, close to airport and Swan Valley wineries
Beautiful character cottage immaculately presented in quiet neighborhood, easy walking distance to lovely restaurants and cafes. Close to airport and Swan Valley wineries, easy access to all motorways. Beautiful fully equipped kitchen. Lovely pool and private back yard. Owners very accommodating and easy to deal with thank you Laureen for a fabulous stay in your beautiful property.
