Certainly one of the nicest staffs imaginable; kind, exceedingly helpful, and knowledgeable. Also, one of the quietest hotels in which I have ever stayed. This hotel is a winner in every respect.

Room was great. My only knock is that some of the outlets didn't seem to work, and they had a master light switch that I didn't find until I was leaving that if it wasnt on, you couldnt turn on the lights in the bathroom. Was still one of my favorite hotel rooms I have stayed in.

The beds in my rooms were not clean. I could immediately tell and there was a stain on the bed sheet. I slept in the other bed with a towel underneath. I was so exhausted, otherwise I would have called downstairs. Big red flag with it. My shower was not the cleanest as well and my outlet next to my bed was not working. The staff at the front desk were amazing but I would never stay here again due to the other issues.
