Über das Haus können wir uns kurz fassen: genügend Bettwäsche, sauber und die Dusche macht einen guten Job. Im Obergeschoss müssen Sie in der Badewanne duschen. Betten einigermaßen bequem, etwas hart. Die Aussicht ist wirklich atemberaubend. Garten ein bisschen kleiner als erwartet. Kaprun ganz in der Nähe und Zell am See etwas weiter weg, aber auch größer. Wir waren nach Weihnachten dort und die vielen Weihnachtsbäume und Lichter schaffen eine malerische Atmosphäre.

Enfaches Haus, sehr sauber, grandiose Aussicht, Wohnzimmer ist schön und gemütlich, ein Schlafzimmer mit neuerem Bett, aber ein Kleiderschrank fehlt. Neue Küche mit vielen Küchenutensilien. Wir haben aber ein Wasserkocher und ein Toaster vermisst. Die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich. Ansonsten ist alles wie beschrieben. Es war schön!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt vom 24. Februar bis zum 2. März. Das Chalet ist sehr geräumig und sehr funktional. Viele Annehmlichkeiten sind vorhanden, was sehr angenehm ist. Es gab keine Sorgen zu berichten. Die Aussicht ist toll und die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Die Lage des Hauses ist gut. Schöner Blick über das Tal. Mit dem Auto ca. 10 min nach Zell am See und Kaprun. Kein Skibus in der Nähe vorhanden. Das Haus ist geräumig genug für 6 Personen. Die Einrichtung ist nicht sehr geschmackvoll. Die Bäder sind veraltet, aber das ist alles ästhetisch und akzeptabel. Die Küche ist neu, was sehr schön war! Was ein bisschen weniger schön war, waren die vielen Spinnweben und der Staub (auf der Treppe). Das machte den Gesamteindruck wirklich weniger frisch und hygienisch.

Positives: Aussicht Ruhe Einfaches Einchecken Sehr geräumig für 4 Personen NEGATIVES: Licht auf Balkon, Schlafzimmer, Wintergarten, Flur DEFEKT! Licht in der Küche flackert EXTREM laute Heizung Fernseher defekt Wasserkocher Kabel defekt/ gefährlich Toaster schaltet nicht automatisch ab! Brandgefahr! Steckdose hinter dem Bett fällt aus der Wand Schließblech an der Haustür defekt Wintergarten eher vermüllt Kein Kleiderschrank im Zimmer mit dem Lederbett Ein Kleiderschrank im Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten mit altem Zeug, Lappen und Handtüchern gefüllt Spinnen und Spinnenweben in jeder Ecke Klositz im unteren Bad kaputt! Küche hat am Anfang nach Fisch gestunken! Gefrierschrank unbrauchbar da komplett vereist. Wir kommen gerne Nie wieder!
