The Space:
Your ultimate beach retreat awaits! This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vacation haven comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests, offering a plethora of delightful amenities tailored just for you. Step into the luxurious Primary Suite, featuring a plush King-sized bed, a 50" Smart TV, and your own private deck for serene moments. Pamper yourself in the ensuite bathroom, complete with a rejuvenating stand-up tiled shower.

Bedroom 2 offers a luxurious King-sized bed and a 50" Smart TV, ideal for indulging in your favorite shows and relaxation. Paired with a full-size bathroom boasting double sinks and a convenient shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 3 awaits with two queen beds, guaranteeing a tranquil night's rest by the sea. Additionally, Bedrooms 2 and 3 are connected by a spacious Jack and Jill bathroom, complete with a tub/shower combo and double sinks, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests.

Our vacation home is designed for families to have a fully functional and FUN getaway. Bright colors, beachy vibes, custom finishes, and decor make this home-away-from-home as comfortable and vibrant as your Auntie Adelaide's château (minus the bayou, of course)! We provide beach toys, family board games, and essential family amenities like a Pack' N Play, high chair, children's plates, cutlery, and sippy cups. Our gourmet kitchen setup will be adored by the family chef, and the half bath in the common area adds convenience.

We supply all your linens, including beach towels, and ensure your bed is freshly made upon arrival. A starter supply of cleaning and paper products awaits, along with a coffee bar equipped with a Keurig and old-school coffee pot for the devoted coffee drinker.

Guest Access:
Experience exclusive access to the entire beach house, just steps from the shore. Enjoy the convenience of a full-sized washer and dryer. Ample parking is provided, accommodating up to 13 cars under the house/driveway.
Check-in is available after 4:00 PM, and check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM.

Due to the high volume of business during the months of April-September, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs as readily as we would like. Our primary goal during these months is to ensure that each guest experiences the highest level of service and comfort during their stay. We understand that there may be circumstances where an early check-in or late check-out is necessary. In such cases, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability, for an additional fee. Please note that this fee helps us manage staffing and ensure that your needs are met efficiently.

The Neighborhood:
Ample parking awaits, with space for up to 13 cars beneath the house/driveway. Additional parking is conveniently situated on the private road in front of this delightful beach houses. If your group exceeds 16 guests, feel free to inquire about adjacent rental options.

Getting Around:
Within a short 10-mile drive lies the vibrant heart of Crystal Beach, offering a plethora of attractions including golf cart rentals, diverse dining options, shopping, coffee shops, snow cones, and an exhilarating water slide.

Venture just one ferry ride away to historic Galveston Island, where you can immerse yourself in the delights of Moody Gardens, the iconic Pleasure Pier, Schlitterbahn Galveston, and savor the freshest seafood delicacies, among other memorable experiences.

Other Things to Note:
The Southern Sunset is thoughtfully stocked for your comfort, providing essential amenities such as quality linens, additional blankets, plush towels, and even beach towels for your convenience. Our gourmet kitchen is equipped with top-notch appliances to enhance your culinary experience. We've included 4 blow dryers, and a starter supply of cleaning essentials, paper products, and more. While you're on the coast, it's advisable to bring sunscreen and bug spray, along with your personal toiletries.
Entertainment options abound with provided cards, board games, and Smart TVs. We're pet-friendly, welcoming one dog under 20 lbs. with a $125 non-refundable pet fee (please, no cats). Should you need assistance during your stay, rest assured you have direct access to the property manager. As a token of our appreciation, we invite you to take a couple of custom Roux 87 Vacations coffee cups from the kitchen—a heartfelt THANK YOU for choosing to stay with us.

***If you reserve through a platform aside from Airbnb, a 5% credit card processing fee will apply for any cancellations necessitating a refund.
