The Mono di Annahouse are brand new 4-bed apartments for vacation rental in Porto Cesareo, just a few steps from the sea and the center.
Located
on the raised ground floor of a few grand, the two studio apartments
are self-contained. The residence offers guests space for parking inside the property, which is fully fenced.
Each studio apartment is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, safe, TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer. Washing machines shared by all residence guests.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, raised a few steps and introduced by a spacious veranda of exclusive property, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
 
The interior is furnished with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed for two people, open kitchenette and dining room. Completing the apartment is 1 shower room.
In the basement is the laundry area with two washing machines for guests` use.
There are 2 units of this type, both on the first floor of the residence completed in spring 2024.

Annahouse is located in the town center of Porto Cesareo, in a quiet
area with all services at hand. The center is only 500 meters away. The
nearest sandy beaches equipped with bathing lidos are only 600 meters
away.
Porto Cesareo is one of the most popular destinations for
spending vacations on the fabulous beaches of Salento. The Porto Cesareo
coastline that extends northward to Torre Lapillo and Punta Prosciutto
is renowned for its sandy beaches and crystal clear sea suitable for all
ages.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared washing machine.
