Perfect location

The location was wonderful and allowed us to move easily to places of interest. The room was bright, clean and spacious, pillows and bed comfortable. The breakfast with different choices was always good. The staff was always perfect, very attentive and professional. Was a wonderful decision, thanks.

Good, basic hotel. Comfy beds, clean facility, decent breakfast, though the scrambled eggs may have been from a mix or something - did not seem like real eggs. Great location walkable to the old town, Charles Bridge and across to the palace, Wenceslas square and really all major attractions

Great hotel and good location

Room was clean and warm (we went in January!). Breakfast was varied and fresh every morning. There are different options which is great. Check-in was easy and quick. Service was good.

Perfect location - less than two minutes’ walk from the metro line from the airport, and very close to the riverside, old town and shops/dining. The room was quiet, modern, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was just lovely, and the staff were all extremely friendly. My daughter left some earrings in the room which were kindly sent to us in the UK by Youssef from the reception team. We will definitely be back as a family. A lovely hotel in a beautiful city.

We stayed for 2 nights, we had a late arrival but it was no trouble. We were made to feel welcome but the night staff. Our room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very nice, continental but had something for everyone. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from The Charles Bridge, which was great for our walking tour on the Saturday. Would definitely recommend staying here if anyone if visiting Prague

Average room with high price. They charge for even first water bottle and basic toiletries like moisturiser, dental kit etc which are normally provided free as standard in most hotels. Very limited Vegan/ Vegetarian options in Breakfast buffet. Location is good, just 2 mins walk from a tram station. Reception person was very friendly but was not willing to even extend check out time by 15-30 mins. Overall an average hotel as compared to previous reviews and rating.

We stayed at Garden Court Hotel for three nights mid week. Whilst it was clean and ‘did the job’ we wouldn’t stay again. The place felt a bit tired and soulless. Small changes like new pillows, as they were very flat, replacing the loose door handles and replacing the fabric headboard that was cracked and flaking would make it significantly better. The room was spacious and practical with lots of storage and a lovely shower, so covered our needs but just could be better. Breakfast was okay, however everyone is in a tiny room and where the buffet is is a miniature room, causing people to be stood right on top of each other and getting annoyed. Staff were clearly stressed, unbothered or past caring at breakfast too, which didn’t make it the most pleasant atmosphere. It was a bit of a free for all and in a tight space wasn’t ideal. The selection of breakfast was functional but not amazing - a few pastries, meats and cheeses, three types of cereal, bread, fruit salads and a yogurt bowl. The location is good, about 10 minutes out of the centre and as we were on the fourth floor, didn’t hear much traffic noise. The bed was very creaky and felt like it needed replacing, and I didn’t find it particularly comfortable, nor did we sleep much as there was a constant stream of noise in the corridor. Cleaners seemed to arrive early in the morning and say everything at the loudest volume too. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the conversations of neighbouring rooms.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Leider kein Schrank im Zimmer und auch im Bad wenig Fläche um etwas abzustellen. Was wirklich störend war, die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Aus dem Nachbarzimmer ist jedes Wort, der Fernseher,....zu hören.
