Unfortunately we were not informed ahead of our arrival that the pool and spa were closed on the two days we were staying at the property. We were offered to use the facilities of another hotel 1/4 mile away but that simply dies not cut it. If we had been told beforehand we probably would have gone elsewhere.

I booked this hotel as a surprise for my husbands birthday and as it seemed to be in a good location and within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions Definitely chose the right one, hotel itself was lovely and our suite with a large balcony was fantastic, and very big Prague is a beautiful city and staying here & being so close to everything was a bonus as we walked to everything.
