Perched on the spectacular Princeville ocean bluff, Pali Ke Kua 216 offers one of the best 180-degree panoramic view of the breathtaking Bali Hai and the picturesque Hanalei Bay and pristine beaches below. This fantastic condo is an idyllic retreat from modern day stress and a perfect hideout for a romantic getaway. From the living room or private lanai, admire the stunning view of majestic mountains, expansive ocean, serene beaches, glorious sunsets, and experience the magic of the legendary Bali Hai. Fall asleep to relaxing sounds of ocean waves and gentle breeze, and wake up to a tranquil chorus of tropical birds.

This split level condo features two en-suites. It was recently updated with quartz counter tops, travertine walk-in showers, new flooring, upgraded appliances, and fresh paint throughout. A well appointed kitchen allows you to prepare home cooked meals. The 50” UHD Smart TV lets you watch your favorite shows or movies on Netflix, Hulu, or Prime.

The condo is less than one mile from the world class Makai Golf Course, regarded as one of the top-100 courses in the United States. It also has a private path that leads to Hideaways beach which features golden sands and fantastic snorkeling with frequent sea turtle encounters. In addition, many beautiful beaches, snorkeling spots, and hiking trails are within a short drive. Pali Ke Kua is a vacation community on Kauai’s North Shore with immaculate grounds, community pool and hot tub, and an onsite restaurant. Fine dining and shopping can be found at the nearby Princeville Resort, Princeville shopping center, and downtown Hanalei.

This property was very clean with beautiful ocean view that you can see from living room/dining room/kitchen. Bedrooms have garden view. It is located in Princeville north shore. Very close to Hanalei where all the restaurants and shopping area is. There are some very good restaurants in pinceville as well. We loved everything about it except this property didn’t have shampoo or lotion. Not a big deal of not having shampoo. We just wish we had known in advance so that we could’ve picked up on our way from the airport. Otherwise excellent location. Excellent management.

Hello, Bali Hai

Just to sit on the lanai and watch the sun rise and set justifies staying here in Princeville. In addition, we saw a parade of nene geese many times a day, were awakened by the most lovely bird song, and got to watch the surfers trying to stand on their boards. The inside of the condo is nice, too. Clean and well equipped. If you want to do more than sit on the lanai, you can hike the Napali trail, snorkel at many beaches, or kayak the Hanalei River. Totally enjoyed our stay here. My only caution is that one must climb stairs to get down to the kitchen and lanai or up to the master bedroom. Plus the parking lot is a ways from the condo. Could be challenging for those of limited mobility.

World Class View

We enjoyed this special property as our home away from home for a month. The condo provided for all of our needs of comfort, space, cooking and resting. The view is truly World Class and the location in Princeville is ideal. Pali Ke Kua is lovely and quiet. The parking lot is right next to the building. Princeville is a terrific community with walking paths, golf and a nearby shopping center. Also, just a few minutes from Hanalei.

It has an amazing view and the sunsets and waterfalls views cannot be beat! All communication was clear and information great. We had a large group and had several units in Pali ke kua during this time. This one needs updating compared to the others we had.

Best view in Kauai

We booked this trip to work remotely. Knowing we’d be spending a lot of time in the condo, it was important to me to have an amazing view. This place did not disappoint…the view was AMAZING. Cocktails every evening on the lanai watching the sunset over Bali Hai with Nene Goose flying around was unforgettable. The house is well appointed too. Lots of bugs in the house, but it didn’t really bother me and par for the course when you’re in Hawaii. (The geckos help keep the bug population down :-p).

Great view but smaller than expected

If you are going to stay in Princeville, the location of this condo and the Pale Ke Kua complex in general is a great choice due to the view - it's great to see the sunset and feel the ocean breeze directly from this property. The beach access is good too - it's a small beach and the waters are unfortunately too rough for snorkeling but it is a great beach to relax on. It is smaller than we expected and also in August, gets very warm. We wish the fans were more powerful. The WiFi connection is also spotty especially in the evenings.

It had been over 20+ years since we went on a family vacation. This place was perfect for us. Easy to book, perfect location with a view of the ocean. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The managers were nice and helpful and the property was quiet and the people were friendly. I highly recommend!

This property was perfect- exactly as described except that there is no photo that can duplicate the stunning views from the lanai! The property was clean, comfy beds and all amenities you’d need including beach chairs, a cooler and boogie boards. Can’t think of a single thing that could have improved this property. The complex is simply gorgeous, the condo well decorated and roomy ... and did I mention the view??? Would stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect location

This was a great place to stay, the best views and a great beach to snorkel and watch the sunset just down in front of the complex. Close to the prince ville shops and a great Pizza place in 2 mins walk. Well equipped very clean 2 full bathrooms. The most beautiful unobstructed views of Bali Hai. Excellent walking tracks. Lovely relaxing stay. The only thing that was difficult was the heat especially upstairs. There are great fans but a few days we could have really used some aircon especially upstairs. Overall fantastic
