Caicos Dreams

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The resort was quiet, beautiful and steps away from the beach. Our condo was perfect for the two of us - newly renovated, exceptionally clean, well equipped with everything we needed… plus more! The king size bed was very comfortable, I might add. Our hosts, Collin & Kate, truly thought of everything. They emailed a comprehensive welcome packet to us before our trip and there is also a physical paper version in the condo, which we referred to multiple times when looking for restaurant & beach suggestions, etc. We loved the remote location of the resort - we didn’t mind driving a few minutes to get to town for dining, shopping or visiting other beaches. Our hosts mentioned Bay Bistro, Da Conch Shack, Mr. Grouper, & Somewhere Restaurant as some of their favorite dining spots, we tried all 4 & loved them all! We also attended the community fish fry on Thursday evening and had an excellent time. As others have mentioned (as do the hosts) you will need a rental car. We rented from Grace Bay Car Rentals & opted for a compact car since it was just the 2 of us. We had no problem getting around the island or the unpaved road to the resort. We’ve been to St. Thomas twice and in comparison thought Turks & Caicos has much better roads than St. T. So, in our opinion a Jeep or SUV is unnecessary unless you need it for size/space. Otherwise, a small sedan or compact car is plenty sufficient. All of that to say - we will definitely be back!

Paradise away from town

The property was lovely. We enjoyed snorkeling at some local reefs right off the beach in front (you have to swim out about 100 meters). Great to jump in the hot tub right after! It was very quiet at night, we slept with windows opened and didn't hear a thing. Restaurant on site was fine, though not as good as some fine dining in town. We recommend Blue Water Bistro at Wymara for a great meal!

Beautiful place/location

The resort is absolutely perfect for somebody looking to have a quiet relaxing stay. The beach you basically get all to yourself and the pool/hot tub are amazing. The restaurant on site is great and they have fun activities like pool and other games available. You are on the quieter side of the island and will need to rent a car in order to get to and from activities if you decide to leave the resort. The room itself was very clean and has everything you will need. Access to the beach, restaurant, and pool is a 30 second walk from the front door. Morning coffee on the outdoor patio is great too.

First time on turks

The property is definitely away from the rest of the island. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main island. Had a nice time and the condo had all the things we needed for a nice stay.

Peaceful Retreat

My husband and I loved staying at Caicos Dreams! The villa is perfect for a couple and the location is amazing. The villa was very clean and extremely well appointed. I've never seen a rental kitchen so full of accessories. Both the pool and the beach are relaxing and not at all crowded. We met the nicest people there. The owners happened to be there for part of our stay. Collin popped over to upgrade linens and pillows...they change them out every year which is very nice! We had a small issue with the A/C thermostat and Collin was right on it getting the HVAC man there to fix the issue. I feel confident that it would have been quickly fixed even if he hadn't been on property at the time. We travel often and have stayed in many rentals. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone wanting a peaceful retreat. It's a lovely villa with a very responsive host. Can't ask for more! Will be back!

Private paradise

Your place is excellent and the location is ! We loved the endless sunshine and walks down the beach. The recommendations for food were spot on. Though we visited Grace Bay, we couldn’t wait to get back to NWP and the pool and beach. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to come back soon.

One Word,Paradise!!!

We had an amazing vacation at this property. Collin was an awesome host and very easy to deal with. He responded very quickly with any questions we had. He knows the island really well and had great recommendations for us.His unit was perfect for us. It is conveniently located right next to the pool and the hot tub. The beach is only a 1-2 min walk and is very private. It was extremely peaceful and is completely private for residents of the complex only. The unit is also located directly next to the bar/ grill that was open daily from 11am-7pm. The unit is fully functional and has everything you need to cook, enjoy the beach and the pool. The kitchen had all utensils, cooking pots, pans and baking pans. Lots of glassware for all types of beverages, cocktails, wine and champagne. There were tumblers and hydroflasks to keep beverages cold at the pool or the beach.The unit also had beach towels and beach chairs which were extremely helpful. The in unit washer/ dryer and dishwasher were also great. There is a key safe as well for your valuables and passports.Overall this was an extremely pleasant and relaxing vacation and Collin and his team made it possible.We would recommend that you rent a car as getting around the island is much easier with a car and parking is easy on property and this is a gated community so it’s extremely safe.

Simply a great place!

Beautiful condo in a beautiful, secluded complex…just what we were looking for. Couldn’t have asked for better communication from the owner and the condo was perfect for the two of us. Great little restaurant on site and the water and beach was so relaxing. A perfect place for us to unwind and we both felt the stresses of life leave us! Romantic Stay

The condo was awesome. The only regret which has nothing to do with the condo itself was the beach. The beach in and out of the water was full of seaweed. We did not enjoy it at all. We drove to the other end of the Island. The beaches were 100% no seaweeds.

Peaceful Secluded Relaxing Resort

We were looking for somewhere off the beaten path to really get away from the stress of day to day. We loved our newly renovated condo with a full kitchen. It had everything we needed from snorkels to spatulas. The pool is right out front but not noisy at all. There is an ocean view and a cafe for quick bites and drinks. Staff was great and will cut down a coco it for you.

Remote Getaway for Adults

Overall, we had a fabulous stay at Caicos Dreams. It is a very remote, private, and beautiful area of the island. The beach is beautiful, but if you want to get in the water, you need to walk a little ways down the beach where the sea grass is not growing. We did not mind doing this as we are always looking for an adventure. I would not bring children to this area as there is not that much for them to do here. The condo itself was great and communication with Collin could not have been better. In the condo suggestions: Bring a sound machine if you need noise to sleep. The ceiling fans are very loud if set above 1. Place a towel at the bottom of the front door as there is a gap at the bottom. This will help keep out the little friendly locals from becoming your guests. With an island stay things will happen and as frequent island goers, we have learned to be prepared for those things. Electricity and water may go out for a short time, so stop at the store before you head out of town and get water, snacks, and other essentials. We would suggest renting a Jeep or some other type of SUV for your drive to the resort and other isolated beaches as the roads are not small car friendly. Remember you are on island time. Enjoy the island! We went to Malcom Beach for snorkeling and it was amazing! We also went to Taylor Beach. We ventured into the touristy areas as well and our favorite place for food and drinks (Turquoise Dream) was Skull Rock. Would definitely visit again!

Trip of our Caicos Dreams

From the moment we booked, Collin was always prompt answering all our questions. We received awesome information via his videos, website, and a huge packet full of information about the island from first hand experience. This gave us many choices for dining, excursions, groceries, and more as we explored the island during our 10 days. Our favorite out of all our experiences was staying put at the Northwest Point Resort. The condo is comfortable and well equipped and has a gorgeous view overlooking the grounds, pool, and beach. The bed, pillows, and sheets were so comfy and the towels provided for beach and bath were high quality. The resort was just perfect for relaxation, the pool/hot tub and the beautiful beach were the best on the island for just sitting and letting your cares melt away. We recommend walking west to the point for sunsets and getting up early for sunrises, what a gorgeous sight. The on-site Tides restaurant was an awesome addition to our trip as well, great food and drinks in a beautiful atmosphere. We will come back as soon as we can! Thank you!

Paradise! Tranquil Island Getaway

This beautiful and well maintained resort welcomes you and the hosts include everything anyone might need for having an enjoyable stay. Providing excellent needed information up front and a smooth check-in process. Also the condo itself is thoughtfully stocked/setup for all needs... cooking, beaching, technology. It is obvious that the resort itself and the condo are well cared for and guests as well! We loved our stay, going between the pool and beach when onsite. Added bonus was the Tides Grill which had excellent food and friendly service. The only down side was the dirt road to get to the resort, but that the norn for many roads on the island when exploring out of the way places.

A Slice of Heaven

We were so happy we chose to stay here! The condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was clean & comfortable. Location was GREAT!! Not to mention the view...pool & ocean. They provided a small soft cooler and a large one and nice thick beach towels & bath towels. I wanted to pack my own because so often we have found old, thin towels. This was definitely not the case. We visited the onsite restaurant, TIDES & listened to the live music on Friday night. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your condo, Caicos Dreams. We hope to come back again.

The condo was great,had everything you would need pool was beautiful and the beach was very nice even found large conch shells we took the yoga class,new time is 9:10and is free from a condo owner Renting a car is necessary and it’s fun to explore the island keep in mind restaurant on premises is closed on Mondays If you want to snorkel bring your own equipment wasn’t easy to rent but luckily a renter had lots of sets and loaned us theirs Froggies a local restaurant is closed up fyi Lastly we had a great time ! Great quiet time during spring break

This property is out of the way nice and secluded part of the island perfect for sitting back and relaxing. We had a great time. Nice there is onsite bar restaurant for when you don’t want to cook. We had everything we needed. Great communication with the host.

Wonderful Experience at Caicos Dreams TCI

We recently spent a most relaxing two weeks on Providenciales staying at Caicos Dreams. First, Kate and Collin Miles are truly awesome hosts, very helpful and informative from our first contact through our stay, and clearly very proud of their property. The condo is thoroughly and thoughtfully equipped, and the resort property is beautiful. Rest assured everything you will read from Kate and Collin is detailed and accurate. We really appreciated the condo’s proximity to the pool area, and of course the beach is just a few more steps away. Among the many features we enjoyed are the beach supplies … umbrella, chairs, towels, picnic cooler. We made several outings to some of the fabulous beaches on the island and this equipment really came in handy. The resort is in a somewhat isolated location, which was very much part of the charm. Relaxing Vacation

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at Caicos Dream. Collin was a fantastic host ! He provided great information about the property & area & quickly responded to our questions. We selected this condo since it was recently renovated & we were not disappointed. The unit was very clean, comfortable & cheerful with new decor. The extra touch’s provided with thick beach towels, throw blankets, insulated cups , coolers, beach chairs, and large tv made us feel as if we were at home. Northwest Point was perfect for us since we were not interested in dining out, shopping, or sightseeing. We rented a car which is necessary for grocery shopping. We do not recommend driving at night . We had a very relaxing time at Caicos Dream & look forward to returning.

Wonderful stay

Caicos dreams is truly a dream. My husband and I spent a week at NWP resort relaxing and going out diving. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The resort is very quiet (the main reason we chose it) and the pool and the views are amazing. Check in and check out was smooth. Highly recommend!
