Is a 3 floor chalet without lift, we need to take our 4 20kg luggage bag up to 3rd floor that we stay n the weather is so cold that we need to walk 5 mins to the main lobby for foods.

Front desk staff as well as all staff on the ski slopes (ticketing, equipment rental, Ski school) were very polite and helpful. Particularly recommend Joaquin as ski instructor. Ski equipment was clean and good quality. Korean restaurants were good, very limited international choices.
