"Quite a strong and big chain. Professional staff as expected and hugely recomendad for any kind of stay. Only feedback is fried rice was dry,unexpected for traditional dish and quite easy to make. Deserts were really good."

"Ok so it wasn’t perfect but it WAS very enjoyable. Room 6 overlooking the river was fantastic. The mountains are beautiful along the river. The staff here is great from the owners to all the staff. The language barrier was a bit of an issue even with google translate and we often didn’t get exactly what we ordered at meal time but everything was delicious. The owner was great to organize everything I needed from taxis to a private guide to the caves. I would return here in a heartbeat and highly recommended. "

"We spent 2 nights in that place. It was a very nice experience. Owners are nice and kind and they speak English, the food they serve is delicious and the area is quiet ( after 10pm ). I definitely recommend that small and cute hotel to anyone who want to visit Phong Nha and the caves."
