This property is centrally located to everything that we did while visiting. Staff is great. The only thing is that I am gluten free and there were not many options for a gluten free or Keto guest.

Me gustó que queda en la avenida principal por que todo queda cerca, lo malo es que al estar en esa avenida hay mucho ruido por los carros, la alfombra se veía sucia, la limpieza de los cuartos se hace cada 3 días, y el desayuno de café y donas dunkin donuts está bien, este hotel es aceptable, un atractivo más es que la noche de hotel es muy barata comparada con otros hoteles.

I paid for two rooms but they only gave me one. When I tried showing them I booked two room they said we can't give you two room because you booked through expedia. I never got my money back.

When we arrived we went straight to the room assigned to us. At first glance it was average. Then I opened the fridge and it smelled like something crawled up in there and died. The freezer had black mold growing in it. The sink had a dirty sponge and dead bugs and trash sitting in the drain catcher. To top it off, the AC was blowing hot air dispite it being set to 68 cool. The hallway to the room was humid and stinky. We decided to stay else where and asked for our money back and was given attitude. The guy got the manager and after he said that was fine we went to get our bags out of the room and he knocked on the door telling us he needs to inspect the room. He took one look at a hand towel that was used to wash my husbands hands and said he can’t re rent out this room like this so he has to charge us the first nights fees. He didn’t even check what we said was wrong with the room. Needless to say we still haven’t gotten our money back, and it’s been a week.

No phone number. When I called on 7/1/25 a 67 y.o. woman said just a second. 20 minutes later still no word. I said hello many times. I called Expedia, they didnt get an answere. The next day I and expedia couldmt get through. No answere. Expedia said they would get reported. Naturally I had to stay somewhere else. Their phone always rang to Kansas and Expedia gave me some number in China. In person their lobby is the size of a bathroom. I cant and didnt stay there. Wouldnt even answere a call and I dont speak Chinese.

The hotel was vey run down. Nothing like the pictures on the website. Hallways had damp smell and huge fans were in corners on each floor. The breakfast was a choice of a muffin or donut.
