Holiday home for 4 to 6 guests, just 2 km from Le Buisson-de-Cadouin and 10 km from Le Bugue. Close to shops, train station, and local markets.



Ideally located for exploring the region: caves, amusement parks, canoeing, castles, and more. A beautiful beach on the Dordogne River is only 500 m away.



The house is independent, set in a peaceful, tree-filled estate. It features mosquito screens, air conditioning, and heating for your comfort.



Guests are responsible for cleaning before departure. Please leave the house tidy. An optional cleaning service can be arranged directly with your host.



The staircase is secured with child safety gates. Children can enjoy a variety of games. Our goats and cat will warmly welcome younger guests.



No need to prepare anything before arrival: bed linen is included in the rental.



The house offers 2 beds (160x200), 2 beds (90x200), and 2 travel cots available on request.



Shaded terrace, charcoal barbecue, private parking, and a shared play area are available. The owners live on-site and will welcome you with their animals (goats, chickens, and cats).



No smoking indoors.



Towels are available as an option and can be provided for an additional fee per person for the stay.



Choose from a capsule coffee machine or filter coffee maker.



A welcome kit is provided: 1 bottle of water, dish soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, 4 coffee capsules, tea selection, 2 laundry doses, 1 toilet paper roll.
