Great stay. The house was very clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The location was also great, conviently close/walkable to beach and the deli/market which has ridiculously good cookies. Also, the owner is extremely responsive.

Fulfilled our needs and expectations

Overall the stay was pleasant and relaxing. There was plenty of room to spread out. It was nice to have sheets and towel sets provided for all the beds. There was also a care package with a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, sponge and dish detergent. The location was just right for us. It was central to all of the kite surfing locations in this area. We enjoyed the hot tub after kiting. It was a bit of a walk to the beach unless you are dropped off at the beach access board walk. Even the beach parking lot was a bit far. We rode bikes to the beach but also didn't have much beach gear to lug with us.We had an issue with locking and unlocking the door with the key. We had to call maintenance and they were on top of it. The owner should replace the lock with a keyless entry which is much more convenient for renters. There was a note that the ice maker was broken and to use the ice trays. It wasn't a hot week so we didn't need much ice anyway. The toilets are very low to the floor great for little kids but not for older family that need chair height toilets. The 2 showers on the second floor drained very slow.The sofa cushions could probably use some refreshing because you sink when you sit on the sofa.
