One of the BEST

I’ve been taking my adult children and grandchildren to the beach for a family vacation under one roof for over 10 years and this was one of the best weeks yet! Everyone Loved It!

Family vacation

Perfect place for large gatherings. Everything you needed. Comfortable beds, Equipped kitchen, grills, wahers/dryers. Pool/hot tubs. Short walk to ice cream shop. A bit of a jaunt to the beach.

Family Reunion

We had 24 people in our group - the whole family fit in this house! We had a wonderful week celebrating my in-laws’ 50th anniversary. The location was great and the bedroom arrangement worked perfectly for us. The kitchen is so well stocked! We cooked all of our meals so the double oven and the stovetop got a lot of use. We had some issues with the refrigerator’s ice maker. A repairman was sent out immediately but a part had to be ordered. We ended up just purchasing bags of ice. Not really a big problem since it was April. All in all, a wonderful vacation spot!

Great spaces for everyone

great sized property with plenty of space for our party of 16 to spread out. Quiet spaces to get away and relax or spend time in a wider open family area. The home is well equipped with tv's in each room most with streaming services. Some of the recreational games were not playable (specifically shuffleboard). Hot tub was a great activity. Beach will require a five-minute walk along some steep dunes but worth it. Kitchen is well equipped with appliances (toasters, crock pot, griddle, coffee machines), kitchenware, utensils etc. Overall the condition of the home is comfortable. Some areas of the home are getting tired (broken cabinets, non functioning stove extractor fan, temperamental elevator). The internet service is unstable so working remotely was tough as was family movie night! We all had a great time.
