The window frame in our room was leaking significant amounts of water when it was raining. So much so that the dripping woke me up during the night. Our carpet was soaked about 3 feet into the room. They did offer to move us to another room but it would’ve required us moving to the complete other side of the property which isn’t close at all, and another friend staying there also had the same issue in their room. So I figured we ran into the concern of it happening again anyways.

The rooms that open to the parking lot are a bit worn and could use some deep cleaning. However, the rooms in the tower and main area (above lobby) are much nicer. Pool and other facilities are clean and well cared for. The airport shuttle is super convenient. Staff are so kind and helpful and they made my five night stay a positive experience.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. It’s in a good quiet area, it’s well kept and all of the staff was efficient and friendly. This was our first time staying at this specific hotel and not only have we decided we will only be staying there in the future if possible, we were sad that we had to check out.
