Clean and quiet room. Close to airport. Staff was helpful, only negative was how expensive everything was. I bought a bag of chips for 4.50! I think items in bistro and store should be less expensive for guests.

Good place to study SFO flight schedules
Waited 40 minutes for the shuttle because they only have one and it was needed at the hotel after I called them from the airport. They told me to wait and I did. 40 minutes. When I finally made it there, starting at 5am I had a chance to carefully study the flight schedules at SFO. There is no insulation whatsoever. Planes were landing in my bed. Do NOT go there!
