Steve was a great owner host and responsive. Place was quite and condo was clean. Pools were great and staff was very nice. Would definitely return. Close to the market for shopping where they have everything you would need. Mama Mia's is close by and has a great happy hour live music. Take the walk along the beach instead of the sidewalk. About a 1/4 mile up the beach you can stop at a couple places to cool off and have a drink or lunch/dinner. Take an Uber to Cabo if you want more people and shops. In Cabo we always go to Squid Roe for lunch great food and fun. Happy Endings still has a great deal one of the few left in Cabo. The condo is close enough to San Jose where there is plenty to do/see and shop local. Art Walk on Thursdays is fun.

Awesome condo on the beach!

As very experienced travelers to San Jose del Cabo, we rate this condo as one of the best, and an excellent value. Great location, great ownership and management, beautiful property inside and out. Ground level, walks right out to a huge pool 30 feet away. Terrace is gorgeous, we basically lived there during our stay. A very short walk to La Comer and several of our favorite restaurants in San Jose del Cabo. The kitchen is well furnished; anything and everything you need is there. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms terrific -- no weak water pressure here! All in all a very satisfying stay! Thank you!

Great ground level poolside location!

We love the Las Mananitas complex. It’s beautiful and meticulously maintained grounds , peace and quiet, and ideal location make it the perfect place to stay. You are less than a 10 minute walk to 2 large grocery stores that carry everything you would need. Local buses go right by the complex entrance to take you downtown and elsewhere.We have stayed in 4 other Las Mananitas units and this one is by far the best location for us . It’s ground level with a huge south facing private poolside patio offering sun and shade options all day long. You are virtually level with the pool and only steps away . No elevator or stairway trips required to get to and from the pool area . The beach is a 2-3 minute walk through the gorgeous grounds. The unit itself is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. It’s well stocked and has all the modern conveniences you would find at home. Communication with the owner was seamless from time of booking to our arrival. We loved our stay so much, we booked for next winter while we were there.

Christmas and New Years family trip 2024/2025

The condo was in a perfect location, close to grocery store and places for a quick bite. Great restaurants are a short uber ride which are cheap! The condo was well equip we made breakfast and dinner a few times but enjoyed the wonderful food and multiple restaurant choices. Krystal who is one of the partners was excellent, she even offered a few suggestions where to eat and they were great, security at the gate are friendly and helpful we felt safe and comfortable we would stay here again it was perfect!! Thank you to the host, security and property MGR.

Great place to stay for your vacation

I can't say enough good things about this property. Getting to it from the airport was a breeze. We asked the driver to stop at La Comer on the way to pick up some heavy stuff (water, wine, etc.) so we wouldn't have to carry them. The next morning we walked there and got some more groceries. Super convenient! The condo itself is gorgeous. It's pristine, the furniture is lovely and everything looks new. We made use of the pool, the jacuzzi and went for long walks on the beach.A great thank you to Steve and Krystal for sharing your vacation home with us. We'll definitely be back!

Great Condo/Great Location

This condo is in a perfect location. I have stayed at La Mananitas several times. Steve’s condo is wonderful. The location of the unit is perfect and you can walk right out to the pool. Everything you need is in the condo. Hoping to go back again soon.

Beautiful Resort in an excellent location

The unit was a very good size for 4 adults. The second bedroom and bathroom can be made into an ensuite as there are two doors into the bathroom, one into the second bedroom and one into the hall. This allowed for lots of privacy for two couples. The outdoor patio with just a few stairs to the pool, was great. The BBQ's are remarkably clean, as is the whole resort. Pools are clean, and quiet. No fighting for a lounge chair at any time. There are three large pools, one in front of each building. This unit is in the building farthest from the beach, but it is a short walk to the beach, or to the front pool if you want to sit by the beach. Quick response by the property manager to a few small details when we arrived (safe was left locked and closed). Short easy walk to La Comer and a couple of good restaurants. Laterals is directly behind La Comer for great Tacos. Uber was easy to get from this resort.

Lovely Las Mananitas

This is a lovely condo with easy access to pool and hot tub. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Many needed supplies were in the kitchen and bath and very appreciated. TV was confusing but nice neighbors helped. Beautiful sun in the morning from the patio. Only negative was the road noise. Thanks for the lovely condo and stay!

Great stay!

The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed: pool towels, beach chairs, umbrella, kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, etc. Ground floor unit was perfect to walk out to the pool & back...peekaboo views to the ocean. Nice big patio to sit and enjoy the warm mornings and evenings. Las Mananitas complex is outstanding: great beach access, 3 huge pools with plenty of chairs, incredible workout facilities, tennis/pickleball court, safe w/ 24hr security, 5 min walk to La Comer Mega grocery store, coffee shops (Abruelo & El Wine), lunch/dinner (Cynthias), great taco stand behind La Comer(Lateral).

Winter wonderland

Fantastic location. Unit is just steps from the wonderful pools. Wonderful outdoor living space. Close food market, shopping and fine dining. Minutes to the beach. Weather was excellent. Quiet and very comfortable accommodations. Will absolutely return to this condo.

Great Holiday!!

Las Mananitas is now our preferred property on this stretch of beach. Quiet pools, beautiful gardens, friendly people. Steve is great to communicate with and answered all our questions quickly. This unit has everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Also, the gym and pickleball courts were a big plus for us. We would love to return if possible.

Reserve this condo today!!!

We just spent 8 amazing days in San Jose del Cabo and a huge plus was this amazing condo! Walk right off your private lanai and into the pools. The condo had everything we needed. There were 7 of us total, ages 15-72! 2 grocery stores are a 5 minute walk away, as well as Starbucks, Subway and more. Cynthia’s is a tasty restaurant about a block away, and we found so many great taco places within walking distance. Getting to the Plaza / downtown area was a very inexpensive Uber ride! The property itself is more on the quiet side, so if your looking to get rowdy and party, this wouldn’t be the place. But if you want a comfortable space, close to the beach, with great pools and a pretty sweet gym set up, this is your place. The grounds are beautifully kept, there is a BBQ area for guests to use, and security is on site. Oh and there is a mini golf course right by the pool!! We did a couple of tours and they picked us up and dropped us at our front door. When we did need a taxi, the security at the front gate always helped us! We can’t wait to go back and will not be staying anywhere else, we didn’t want to leave! We did go into Cabo San Lucas one time and decided quickly we liked the slower, more laid back feel of San Jose. We felt safe in the area and the locals were all very friendly. It was easy to communicate with the owners, they respond quickly. We had NO issues though, check in and checkout were quick and easy. Thank you!!

Peaceful & relaxing

We had a lovely stay here as a young family. It felt like we were the only ones here with a private pool all to ourselves. The condo itself is so much more spacious than expected, and we loved the two big beautiful bathrooms. The pool toys were great, and all of the kitchen amenities. It was very handy being short walking distance from the supermarket, and some great restaurants / cafes nearby. A short drive to downtown was also fun to explore.

Will be back...just a matter of when!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit at Las Mananitas! My family of 4 (including a teen and a tween) enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo and the beautiful touches throughout -- modern decor, separate beds in the 2nd bedroom, double master sinks, well-stocked kitchen -- and more. Communication from Jack was perfect -- he answered all my questions and provided great recommendations for activities and restaurants, as well. Check-in was a breeze. The grounds are stunning, and we loved sitting on the large, covered patio with the pool literally steps away. Las Mananitas has a total of 3 SPACIOUS pools and hot tubs and most days we were the only folks using them. The condo community was very quiet, and we often felt like we had the property to ourselves. We also loved the location as there are many restaurants, shops and an enormous grocery store within walking distance. If you want to go to Cabo San Lucas or to downtown/Centro San Jose del Cabo, the bus stops are right outside the door (BTW we loved the public transportation to get around town!). We had a WONDERFUL time and hope to return soon. Highly recommend!

Family trip

We loved the property! We had a couple hiccups in the beginning, but they were rectified quickly. Good communication with Jack and Steve to solve the issues. The condo was just as described as well as the property. Very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. There was hardly anyone there in hot July so we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous Property in Excellent Location!

Jack was a great host. His communication and directions were excellent. He had a friend to contact when he is not available as well as responsive property managers. The property is gorgeous and located n beautiful area. The grounds are kept in pristine condition and is right on the beach. The condo is very quiet and comfortable as the photos show. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, small appliances, etc. The only recommendation would be to replace the mattress in the master bedroom. It has seen its better days. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Las Mananitas Condo

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo in San Jose Del Cabo. Great location, conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants as well as a grocery store. Property was meticulously maintained and extremely clean. Condo itself had everything you could need, the large patio area was great for eating meals, or relaxing after a day in the sun. Would recommend.
