"We arrived to check in at 3:45 and was told that check in wasn’t until 4:00, even though info at the hotel says 3:00 is check in. We were given the options of waiting 15 minutes, paying $90 “Early Check in Fee”, or joining IHG Rewards to check in for free. Obviously I joined IHG because we were tired ..."
